BEST massage I've received in the last 10 years in Eagan. If you demand a posh experience with…read moreextravagant and lavish decor, look elsewhere. But if you want a great massage at an average price, you'll love it here. I requested a deep tissue massage and got great hands on pressure the entire time. I especially loved their technique for massaging the neck and glutes. I felt so refreshed and HEALED after my 60 minutes (not 50 minutes) session. I also loved that I was able to walk in to get a massage; some places require you to book an appointment 1 to 2 months in advance. SO convenient that I can get a massage as needed. I'm cancelling my 13 year membership at Massage Envy and planning to come back here whenever I need a great massage. Honestly, the quality of the massage I received was as good as the ones at high end places that charge twice as much. I wasn't too thrilled about how the place looks from the outside; I almost cancelled and drove back home. But after thinking about it, I'm glad to not be paying for "curb appeal" of the building, I'd rather be paying for a great massage while they keep their other costs down.

Heavenly indeed! Excellent quality massage. If you're looking for deep pressure to relieve pain,…read morehighly recommend. I've made this a weekly visit and I appreciate their open availability--I can always get in at late notice--it's like massage on demand. Lower prices mean you don't get luxurious extras so you can expect very basic accommodations as well as communication. I go here to relief muscle tension--not to have a conversation or sit in a fancy waiting room.

I scheduled a 60 min "classic" massage online on Monday 3/16 for 730pm same day (there was a 730 or…read more8 available). Within minutes of scheduling I called them and asked if they have a cancellation list in case there is an earlier opening. The woman who answered said "sure when can you come in?" To which I replied "can you call or text me when there is cancellation and I will leave work". To which she said "ok how about 4:15?" I said "oh so you have a cancellation at 4:15?" She said "no". At this point I should have just given up and kept the 730...she calls me back shortly and says there is a 4:45 if I can make it. I confirm that I will be there at 4:45. I wrap up my day and head to their location. Immediately upon entering a male employee who doesn't speak English starts gesturing to me to take off my shoes. I was trying to tell him I'd like check in first (I don't want to sit by the front door with no shoes on) and a younger female employee comes out to check me in. I give her my name and the time of my appointment. Her reference is a notebook with what looks to be appointments jotted down. It's not an appointment book. I can instantly tell there is a problem. She goes into the back and is talking to the male employee. She comes back and says she doesn't know what happened (she was definitely the person I spoke to in the morning) but they are double booked. She then asks if I can come back at 5pm. I said "in 15 minutes?" She then said I can be seen at 5 if I'm ok with a male staff member. (For my appointment I selected a female and in my appt notes I specifically added by hand that I will only see a female). She looks down again and goes "uh how about 5:15?" I said "ok so in 30 mins?" She says yes. I agree and go sit in my car for the next 30 mins. I see the previous client come out so I head in. Again I am immediately told to take my shoes off. I do, and they give me some slippers. The younger female front desk employee asked what kind of pressure I want and what areas to focus on (there is no paperwork to fill out, no waivers to sign..etc like you would at a reputable spa). She then passed that onto the masseuse in front of me (who I later found out doesn't speak English either). I undressed and laid down. Moments later the masseuse came back and was fiddling with something that sounded like a metal tray. Then I heard liquid spill on the floor she then opened the door to carry whatever she was holding out of the room and spilled the liquid again. It took a bit for her to come back, I have no idea what was going on. The massage itself, once it started, was great! She cracked my back and fingers and toes and I was a good sore the next day! Before I flipped onto my back, she did leave the room again which flooded the room with light AND left me completely exposed as she had pulled down the blanket and some of my underwear. If anyone had walked by they could have easily looked into my room. When we were done I thanked her and got dressed. Like any massage spa I expected to be greeted with some water or counseled on aftercare, or counseled on their "memberships": Unfortunately none of that happened. In fact, the person who checked me in was gone so it was just me and the masseuse. She then asked/told me for my "coupon" and pointed at their POS. I tried to explain I don't have a coupon. She kept asking for my coupon. She then got on FaceTime with who I assumed was the younger female from earlier and this is when she started to explain their billing and collection process. When I booked online it "held" a deposit of $29.99. Underneath that it said "pay later" $50. Apparently the $29.99 is a held charge and is cleared from the account days later. The amount due in person is the full $79.99 plus tax. I questioned why this was and all of a sudden a male come on FaceTime and started to mansplain to me what a charge hold is. I was trying to say that I understood but online it says "pay now" $29.99 and pay later $50 but he continued to explain that by Wednesday the charge will fall off. I told him that I just wanted to pay and leave, I did not want to argue. He then said "this is a discussion, not an argument but I guess it can be an argument". Continued in pictures:

I am ashamed to say I do not remember who I had for my massage..but she was great. When I arrived she took my info on a form and asked a few other questions. We talked for a few minutes and then she escorted me to the room. The room was a nice dim room with religious and calming paraphernalia around. Seemed a little strange to me, but it was serene at the same time. The table was fantastic. It has a heated fleece top to it which she of course puts a sheet over. I could have slept in there all afternoon. The massage was very thorough and she hit all my knots. I wanted to cry a few times, but the knots in my shoulders are so terrible that I wanted a deep massage. She definitely went deep. The massage was at least 60 mins where other places cut it to 50. After the massage when she left the room I was so relaxed that I didn't want to move...or go home to my 4 kids! Price couldn't be beat and I will def go back! That table though....amazing lol

I had a facial appointment this evening with Zoe, and it was an all-around great experience. I…read moreused to be a member about a year ago, but I'm not currently--my sister, who is a member, generously shared one of her credits with me, so we booked together. When we arrived, there were a few customers at the front desk, but the staff still took the time to greet and acknowledge us, which was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. Zoe came to get me shortly after and was incredibly kind and professional. She really took the time to listen to my skin concerns and tailored the facial based on what I needed. She's clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. My skin felt amazing afterward, and I appreciated how comfortable and cared for she made me feel throughout the session.I'm already looking forward to booking with Zoe again in the future. Highly recommend her if you're considering a facial here! I've been to a handful of location, this one is always so bright, clean, and staff are friendly.

I had a massage several days ago. The front desk staff was lovely. After the massage, I reported to…read morethem that while I was receiving my massage, he sat on the table. I have had a lot of massages and I have NEVER had someone sit on the table. I filled out the emailed survey after the massage and asked to be contacted, no one did so that leads me to the conclusion that they think that behavior is acceptable. I post here as a warning to those that might want to go to this location.
