BEST massage I've received in the last 10 years in Eagan. If you demand a posh experience with…read moreextravagant and lavish decor, look elsewhere. But if you want a great massage at an average price, you'll love it here. I requested a deep tissue massage and got great hands on pressure the entire time. I especially loved their technique for massaging the neck and glutes. I felt so refreshed and HEALED after my 60 minutes (not 50 minutes) session. I also loved that I was able to walk in to get a massage; some places require you to book an appointment 1 to 2 months in advance. SO convenient that I can get a massage as needed. I'm cancelling my 13 year membership at Massage Envy and planning to come back here whenever I need a great massage. Honestly, the quality of the massage I received was as good as the ones at high end places that charge twice as much. I wasn't too thrilled about how the place looks from the outside; I almost cancelled and drove back home. But after thinking about it, I'm glad to not be paying for "curb appeal" of the building, I'd rather be paying for a great massage while they keep their other costs down.

I've visited this salon a few times, but none of the sessions left me fully satisfied. Despite…read morehaving different massage therapists, the overall feeling was the same -- a lack of professional depth and attentiveness to the client's needs. Key takeaways: * Inconsistent technique -- sometimes too soft, other times abrupt pressure on sore areas * Lack of energy and genuine care during the session * Odd personal remarks from the therapist that made me uncomfortable For a place with this pricing, I expected a higher level of service. Maybe others have had better luck -- my sister, for one, absolutely loves this place -- but my experience hasn't convinced me to return just yet. Still, I hope to stop by again next time I'm in town and see some improvements.

About 9 weeks ago I went in to have a reflexology full body treatment. I have been here as a customer several times. When I left my appointment, I felt like I normally do and was relaxed but my body felt "off" on my right side. Like really off! Unfortunately I started my period the morning of the massage, and when I let Anicha know she became extremely concerned with my comfort levels. She allowed me to switch to a table massage instead of the originally planned Thai massage, and even consulted with him while I was changing to make sure I was okay keeping the appointment and wasn't just being polite. She was just really concerned that I would be uncomofortable and wouldn't get the most out of the massage. That actual massage was amazing! She used an excellent amount of pressure (I like really intense pressure) and basically worked through 2 years worth of postdocing-in-a-pandemic stress that has accumulated in my shoulders, lol. At the end, she wished me happy birthday and gave me a little trinket souvenir from Thailand. So sweet! I am sad that I didn't find Anicha sooner since I am moving out of MPLS, but I highly recommend her if you are looking for a really nice, deep, effective massage.
