But we both have day jobs and didn't have enough free time on our hands to get our hone gussied up. Enter Cascade Maids. From the moment I first contacted Cascade Maids, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. They integrate with Google quite well and I was able to chat with someone through GMail to explain our needs. After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.) Huge shout outs to Taylor, their agent, for the initial contact, all questions answered, and the post-service follow-up...and also mad props to Isamar, their cleaner, who took our house and made it ready for entertaining during the holidays. The cleaners were very punctual, showed up on time, and very thorough with the cleaning. It was nice because they were also able to shampoo my carpets using a professional shampooer. They used ladders to get to high places and steamers to clean everything as well, cleaned the windows, I was very impressed. I had to leave to go to an appointment but they sent me photos when they were done. I think they must've worked at least 10 or 11 hours... And the total was $1395 before tip. It was going to be around $975 without the shampoo. I think that is such a fair price for all the work they did. Overall I definitely recommend these cleaners if you need to do a move out or house sale clean. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks!

My oven and stovetop looked brand new (I cook almost all meals and snacks from home, can things and make bread bi weekly so you can imagine how it looked before they arrived ). If finances allow, I fully intend to have a deep clean a couple times a year! They did such an amazing job lifting the overwhelm! It just felt like a reset on the house and the air just felt different! I also appreciated that their supplies did not smell super strong or linger after they left! Initial texts and phone calls were warm and pleasant, but replaced with the 'worst of the worst' customer service. I reviewed procedures, liability issues and type of cleaning with Judy prior to hiring. When I expressed concerns after cleaning the excuses began - she said, "I absolutely forgot to mention" nor did she offer honoring their guarantee for the unfinished tasks. I bare some responsibility for not requiring an on-site visit for an estimate. Life is too short to be wasted on sub-par cleaning services. Sorry, there won't be a next time.
