Chuck came out and explained in detail how the two antennas on the mast were not oriented correctly, and how there were some dead spots or weaker signals in our area. Upon entering, I waited to be assisted and was then told by the customer service representative that they could not accept my return without a valid ID. This was frustrating, especially considering I never needed to show ID to begin my service, nor to make monthly payments over the last decade. I explained this to the representative, but was referred to a manager who reiterated that without ID, they could not accept the return or provide proof of receipt. I even offered to verify my account information as a long-time customer to confirm ownership of the equipment, but was told that was not acceptable. Left with no choice, I left the Spectrum equipment at the store and walked away without any proof of return or assurance that it was properly processed. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of flexibility or reasonable problem-solving. After being a customer for many years, I expected far better treatment and understanding. Very disappointed.

Then they charged me the full $90 for service from 4/29-5/28. They said it's their policy to charge for a full month and not prorate. But they are the ones who cancelled my service. Why am I paying for service for the dates 5/11-5/28 for something they stopped providing?
