They cleaned up the area afterwards which is always a plus in my opinion. Before starting the work (James, the supervisor) explained what they would be doing. After completing the work (James) went into detail a second time on what they had done, what to expect, how long to wait before painting and gave me a great tip on what paint to use. I was even given a military discount on the cost, another plus in my opinion.

They also installed new carpet, handled pressure washing our driveway, and installed new fans in several rooms and the outdoor patio. From the start, Luis's communication was top notch. He was very prompt in communications, no matter what time of the day, and explained everything in detail. He provided the basis for quotes, kept us in the loop with photos and updates, and always met deadlines without any hassle. The quality of his work was outstanding, with clean lines and no mess left behind, and the pricing was fair for the scope. What really stood out was how Luis went above and beyond, like receiving deliveries when we could not be there, helping us pick colors and brainstorm ideas, and even guiding us on fan and lighting options. His team was friendly, hardworking, and respectful of our space. My wife and I were thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend Family Painter to anyone. Luis made the whole process smooth and stress-free!
