Business has no reserves is operating on credit cards and will charge you based on what money they need to pay bills and credit cards and not on the value of the job and what was completed. Will send you past due notice and threat of police action less than one day after invoice is sent. Once invoice is sent they will not answer any questions or provide any assistance accessing supposed work that was done. Did not have time to discuss invoice but took time to assess the abilities of others here to enforce our desire to leave our residence after work was not completed in the 4 hours we had reserved. We believed that allowing person back in our residence would be a ticket for him to concoct another charge. Beware this business will put you in a situation that is uncomfortable and poses threats that may include physical action to remain and hold you up in an attempt to collect on work not completed. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half.
