She is ALWAYS available via text (really, can you believe that? Evenings, weekends) and will respond to you promptly. For a short period of time, after the birth of my second child, I was using two different pediatricians (wasn't happy with the first, was in search of new Dr ) My kid got sick, I called both doctors as I was desperate to talk to someone asap. His Dr sent me to ER. However, Dr. Burgos, made me follow a treatment and even sent prescription order to the pharmacy. Told me to monitor and go to ER only if he got worse. I still went to ER as I was paranoid due to what his "main" doctor said. After hours of waiting and a huge bill after, the Dr at the hospital ended up doing the same treatment that Dr Burgos advised and sent me home. My son was normal a few days later. I immediately switched doctors after. Recently, I called her due to my son getting COVID , and reached the next day to make sure he was ok. She had the day off, but she still sent her assistant to call me to arrange in case I needed to see someone right away! Our previous pediatrician would send us to the ER for anything other than regular check ups. Literally. Her office staff is friendly, patient and caring. They all look like they get along well and make a good team. I'm beyond happy that I found Dr. Burgos. And I'm happy that I didn't go by the "looks" (previos Dr office was super refined and new installation). I trust her fully with the care of my two boys!

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any and all questions we have. The office is clean and organized and always runs on time. We have recommended Pediatrics of Sugar Land to many of our friends and they too have had wonderful experiences here. My children really enjoy their visits here and always look forward to going because they know they will have fun and get to ask the doctors lots of questions. All around Pediatrics of Sugar Land is a fantastic office and we are so glad we chose them for our children's care!

We needed an urgent appointment for my spouse. Not only they were able to do a same day walk-in,…read morethe office was very courteous to deal with, set the right expectation and overall a good experience Dr. Bhuchar has very nice bedside manner, he helped my spouse calm down as she was getting very anxious and was thinking of the worst case scenario. The doctor also did a followup after the appointment to check if she is filling good. The doctors office has always been courteous in answering my questions. Plus for me is they have an online portal, have not used all the features but it's good to have access to your records. Time will tell how the appointment and other features work. I also like how spacious and bright the office is and kind of eases you before you go in to the appointment. I wish they would have some free coffee as well but I am happy to live with that. Glad to have found em.

It has been over two years since we were patients at Blue Fish, and I still think all the time…read moreabout this wonderful pediatricians' office. Our baby had jaundice requiring a NICU stay, as well as a false positive on her newborn screen (requiring repeat testing). It was a very stressful postpartum period for us, but Blue Fish was a silver lining. Drs. Agrawal and Kim were so incredibly compassionate, non-judgmental, and attentive. Dr. Agrawal was our daughter's incredible PCP -- but even Dr. Kim called to follow up on our baby's health after seeing us as the on-call pediatrician. They went above and beyond to make sure we, as a family, were doing well. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I only wish they could have moved with us to California. :)

My appointment was at 9:15 AM, and I arrived 20 minutes early to complete paperwork and avoid delays. After waiting for over an hour and thirty minutes without even seeing the doctor, I finally got up and left the clinic. I never even met the doctor. This level of disrespect for patients' time is honestly ridiculous. People take time off work, rearrange their schedules, and come in expecting basic professionalism and care. Instead, I was left sitting in a waiting room for over 90 minutes with no communication, no apology, and no sense that anyone valued my time. Very disappointing experience. I will never recommend anyone to this clinic

I brought my 5 year old son in to see if he had fractured his leg after a scooter crash. Of course,…read morethis happened on a Saturday evening right before Christmas, so I waited and came in first thing Sunday morning. I used the app to claim my spot in line and it notified me when to come inside. We had just enough time to grab breakfast and sit in the car to eat. Once inside, check-in was fairly easy and the nurses and staff were friendly and pleasant. After a simple X-ray and a visit with the Dr. it was confirmed that my son fractured his tibia. The nurse who wrapped his leg with a temporary splint was so courteous and careful with my son. We left with a CD of the X rays and an official report from the Dr. about the diagnosis. A few days later, a nurse called to check up on my son to see how he was managing his injury. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Next Level and highly recommend it to anyone. Tip: try to wait in the car and use the app if you can...lots of sick people in and out of the waiting room so you're better off minimizing the time you wait inside. Overall, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Next Level.

When it comes to our kids, of course parents want things handled quickly, and every time I've gone, I've been in and out. Most importantly, my kids are seen by caring physicians and an amazing staff. The nurses and doctors always give thoughtful advice and don't just rush straight to antibiotics. They actually do the proper testing, explain the results, and make sure you get the right treatment. I have an 11-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 1-year-old, so when one gets sick, they usually all do. The doctors are always welcoming, patient, and helpful with all of them, and they consistently help get my babies back to their healthy selves!

The real drug dealer is at this location. Called for an Annual check up. (Basically to have a physical form completed for Boy Scout of America, by Monday).
