I went in here today to post a bottle of aftershave to my Brother for his birthday. The box was larger than the aftershave as I had put a card in too. I was asked what I was posting, I told the guy, aftershave. He asked me was it 100ml, I said I didn't know. He asked did I buy it and I said yes. He also asked was I posting it to myself and I said no, why would I do that? He couldn't believe that I didn't know what size the bottle was. I also told him that it was in the original packing and just placed in a box with paper on either side to stop it from moving. I showed him a rough size and he still wouldn't post it. I then went online to the post office guides and found out that I can post aftershave after all.

It doesn't tell you how much you can or cannot post, or what the restrictions are regarding packaging, volume, quantity or labelling.
