But..I got this vibe that they were out to sell me the next thing (more on that later). I first got my acupressure massage. The personal that gave me the massage was great. At first it was awkward because the front lady told me to just get my shirt off with no other instructions and left the door open. I was semi-creeped out because 1) No other clients were there and 2) the place didn't give a classy "massage place - like other spa's. The personal asked me where to focus on and i advised. They provided a great massage throughout my neck and back. At the end, of course, another service was offered...with extra purchase. I disliked this. I mean, buying a Groupon would mean they need to make their money in some other means. However, I declined without another comment by the person. Then, Julie (I believe that was her name), came in and gave me the "One hour" facial, more like 45-minutes (but that's okay). She commented on my acne and the scarring. Yup, I get it, I'm human. But continuing to offer 1) the foot massage that helps my internal balance and 2) the acne facial multiple times in unnecessary when I came in to be relaxed. There's a reason why I bought a regular facial off of GROUPON. If I was looking to have a miraculous face swap then I would have paid a plastic surgeon (jokes). The facial was great though. She cleansed and masked wonderfully. She gave me this mint smelling mask. It was great! When I went to give tip, she again tried to sell me this spray for post-washing face and another facial for the same Groupon price. Lady, I get it, it's a business. But, seriously, stop trying to sell something every 30 minutes. All jokes aside, I wouldn't recommend coming in here if I had to pay the full price of $180. However, I would come in here on Groupon. There is a lot this place can improve. Such as the soothing massage music, business tactics, and the outside noises seeping in. If I were to come in without a Groupon, this place would get a 3 star.

However, the person who performs cupping was no longer available, so Ray suggested I get a massage and a reflexology session instead. Ray did a fantastic job. He focused on my neck and upper back, like i requested, and was still able to do a full body massage. The reflexology session was positively relaxing...And Im certain that I started snoring too. The massage area was warm and cozy, and it was quiet enough for me to submerge myself in the moment. I'll definitely return...especially when i need an after-work relaxation treat.

I got a 50 minute massage, and Judy made sure to ask what I felt comfortable with beforehand and if I had any problem areas. During the massage I got warm pillows on my back, a heated massage bed, and when it was time to be on my stomach, something to cover my eyes, a warm neck pillow, AND the bed was adjusted for maximum comfort. All that being said, Judy used pressure in ways that got the knots out but didn't make me want to cry. She used multiple techniques (fingers/arm/etc??) at the same time so there were different pressures and feels as the massage went on. I have no idea how to explain it but she has magic hands! Trust me!
