The owner of this place wants to have her cake and eat it too. Forget getting service from this place bc the owner is too busy in Florida opening up her second store. So my results were put at risk because of her unavailability and then she fired me as a client instead of fixing the problem from my lipo surgery. I had to seek outside help for my post recovery because she refused to schedule me for reasons that have nothing to do with me. This is unprofessional and not how you treat a client, abandoning them. Excellent facials! I've been to both of their locations, Vienna and Chevy Chase and I love both! The staff is extremely friendly. The office is nice and clean. I love the estheticians they are very knowledgable and professional. They always answer my questions about my skin ( I have very sensitive skin and brake out easily) They also sell products that you can use at home which is great! I am writing this review for Dani specifically. She's very kind and friendly! I got couple treatment from her (Carboxy + endermotherapy) and skin treatment and she always satisfies me :) I saw very good change in my thigh after 10 sessions of carboxy and honestly I was getting bored with the treatment but she encouraged me to still keep coming and I saw the change after about 6-8 sessions. She was not lying :) I'm coming back next month to get another 10 sessions because I know it will be good result! :) Other members at Bellasthetic are nice as well, except one time i called to make an appointment and this receptionist sounded very annoyed and not very nice. BUT i wouldn't take it into consideration to make my stars less than five since.. you know life happens maybe she was having a bad day or something. I was surprised there wasn't much reviews on this the business since they really doing a great job on what they are doing. I enjoyed their service and everything was done right and in a very professional way. I went in for a Medical Facial and enjoyed every single bits of it. They are using Image skincare and that was relatively a high end product line i would say considering a bottle of cleansing would easily cost you around 40 dollars. I have what they called stage 4 acne. From the moment I walked in I received absolute kindness and hospitality. I was helped with my acne by getting a facial extraction where they reduced my inflammation immensely and also educated me a little bit on why my skin the way it is. They helped me with what I need to be doing I'm order to take control of my inflammation and I started a one year subscription with them for a really great price. They just launched their own brand as well of a facial cleanser which I highly recommend buying. It's very gentle on the face and really leaves the skin feeling very smooth. They also do eyelash extensions, weight and fat loss massages, acne treatments with facials and products and they are very kind and gentle. If you suffer with acne I highly recommend this place. I'm ecstatic I found it and could not be happier with the results I'm getting. I recently bought a set of 4 carboxy therapy treatments. My first treatment went alright, but the second treatment was a total waste. I drove from Virgina (they cannot do carboxy treatments in the VA office) and when the technician began I could not feel anything and when I told her she said I must have become sensitized to the treatment (?!?). I had the treatment done on my behind so I was only able to see what they did when I came home. It looked like they were merely inserting the needles without the CO2 gas ever passing through. Now I am not sure what the technician is going to do for the next two, but if this is the standard of service, I'll not be buying another service from them again. read more
