I finally decided on Annie's out of convenience and because she had the best prices ($58-70). The day before my appointment, I saw she introduced a Yelp deal ($50 for $70 worth of services) so I grabbed it up and was able to upgrade the facial. I was Annie's last appointment for the day and I arrived 10 minutes late. Despite all that, she took her time on my facial. She started off by looking at my skin and noted that I wasn't acne-prone but I have oily skin. She didn't say anything as she worked which I love whenever I get treatments so I can just enjoy the experience and relax. (I can't stand chatty therapists, especially masseuses.) Here are all the other points as to why I absolutely loved my facial with Annie: 1) Painless extractions 2) The steam is gentle and not overwhelming 3) She uses a vacuum that sucks up all the dirt and grime from clogged pores (my problem area was my t-zone) 4) She moisturizes your hands 5) She throws in really nice massages for the hands, arms, shoulders, neck, and head 6) I could see a HUGE difference with my skin afterwards 7) She didn't try to push any expensive products and regimens on me 8) It's been over 24 hours and I haven't had any breakouts as a result of the facial (normal but not preferred)

I made my appointment through the online booking platform which was super easy and straight forward. I got a confirmation and reminder emails and texts. The day of, the place was hard to find as it is part of this big complex and there are two suites labeled "250." I went to the first suite 250 and it was under construction. I tried to call to confirm the location...no answer. When I finally found the right suite it was dark and no one was there. I sent an email and called but have still not gotten any response. I have gotten facials and waxings from many business which are self-run but still good about texting/communicating with customers. I drove over an hour for this appointment so I am very disappointed.

Dr. Lin & staff: 5/5 stars Dr. Janet Lin is hands down the best medical professional I've ever worked with. I've been plagued by persistent acne for the past 10+ years, and tried just about every treatment in the book with the exception of Accutane. Through my skin journey, I've worked with a number of dermatologists - some good, some bad - but Dr. Lin has opened my eyes to what top notch care looks like. During my first appointment with Dr. Lin, I was initially assisted by Gabby, who was highly professional and very attentive. After meeting Dr. Lin (and being blown away by her professionalism, upbeat personality, and bedside manner), I expressed my hesitation to try Accutane, as it is a pretty intense medication. Dr. Lin assured me that under her guidance, treatment with this medication would be a safe and (semi) comfortable process. I'm about 2 months into my Accutane treatment, and am so impressed with how Dr. Lin has addressed my concerns, questions, and overall treatment plan. DermAssociates as an entity - 3/5 stars: Overall, the front desk service at DermAssociates is fine. However, through DermAssociates, it is very difficult to contact your physician outside of an appointment. Past medical associations that I've worked with have always had some sort of online portal set up, through which you could contact staff of your physician. This made it painless to ask questions regarding prescription help, scheduling, etc. However, through DermAssociates, this is done by calling the front desk and having them relay a message to the care team. In my experience, this process has not gone smoothly at all. I had an urgent issue with my pharmacy that needed to be resolved, and it took me 2 days to get through to my care team - not cool! A more streamlined process for contacting my care team would greatly improve my overall experience with DermAssociates

I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen. Do this in the winter with sunscreen but my facial turned out really beautiful on me I would def do that again. It is a bit far from me but they have amazing service extremely professional. Except . . . it hasn't and it's not. Good luck, will take 4-5 calls with these scam artists to get them to fix the error. Then, dont think about trying to pay online. After 20 minutes of prompts and account set ups - I noticed the small print. If you pay online . . . . you choose to enroll in electronic delivery of all statements and auto pay. no way to opt out. Run. Run far away. Just a terrible awful billing experience. I want to pay the bill, but I want the bill to be accurate.
