Their fisheries are certified sustainable by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch and by the Marine Stewardship Council. Customers may purchase Kodiak Rush's fish either through their website or through Market Wagon's website. Delivery is provided. Customers may also purchase the fish in person at Kodiak Rush's stall at Titan Market. So far, I have purchased two types of salmon from Kodiak Rush. The Hot Smoked Keto Salmon Filet had a nicely smoky flavor and was tender and flaky. The Coho Salmon Filet was tender and very flavorful. I did notice that the prices are higher than what a grocery store charges.
