I gave her a final head count of 30 and when she delivered she told me she gave us enough for 70 just in case. I believe it because we had a ton left over to take home and enjoy with our kids and probably for the rest of the month. We used our two tailgating grills to warm everything up and put in catering pans that I previously purchased. To say that everyone loved the food is an understatement. The menu items for July/August are so enticing that it's almost impossible to pick but we ended up getting the tomato tart (one of our favorite bites of the night), the zucchini fritters and caprese gnocchi soup to start. For our main course we selected the lemon ricotta pasta, the chimichurri steak tips and the sea bass skewers (you don't see sea bass on menus often and this one shouldn't be missed- it's incredible) . We were all so happy with all of our delicious meals (I even took bread to get every bite on my sea bass entree). The salad was unimaginative and very plain. I did not (nor did my fellow guests) like the vinaigrette that was served on the side. Most of the items were typical mass manufactured previously frozen appetizers, like spanokopita, among other things. There was a tray of the egg rolls they brag about. Maybe popping something in the oven and dressing the plate up at the restaurant works for these items. But to make a bunch of them and transport in a hotel pan, left many of them soggy and there really is no way to dress that up. They served a large amount of quinoa salad. But the grains we're not rinsed enough and would have benefited from more heat. There's a very bitter taste that needs to be washed off the grains and they were simply undercooked. Then, lastly, I recognized the bread. That is one of the only complaints I have in their restaurant. It is way too pale and doughy. If it was refreshed and browned in the oven, it would be exponentially better.

The dips and meat were out for 4 hrs before guests arrived. She had other weddings the same day but their boards looked absolutely beautiful. We only had an over abundance of carrots and some slice cucumber. My expectations, based on the photos she directed me to, was that we would have other vegetables...isn't that what a grazing table includes. After reading some reviews it seems like this isn't the first time they've ghosted people. If communication is this difficult in the beginning, then I can't imagine how it will be leading up to our wedding. No thank you.

There were 2 other sauces, neither of which paired well with the 2 meats, and frankly I'm having a hard time even coming up with words to describe them. A way to improve would be a vinegar based sauce for the pulled pork (Carolina style), and offer up a reasonably spicy sauce. The biggest issue was we felt like we were chasing flavor and unable to find it, even mixing and matching sauces and meats. Prices were very reasonable for the quantities of food.

Quickly seated and our waitress was then very attentive and food also came out timely. We shared a pizza and chicken parm with egg fettuccine noodles. They definitely cook their pasta al dente, it was a nice chew vs being soft and mushy. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Pizza was tasty with some of the best crust, light and airy. Nice inside with booths, tables and fun pizza decorations.
