I gave her all the details and she wrote everything down and said she would pass it along to Ashley who would then give me a call back to go over everything in more detail. After about a week of not hearing back from them, I gave them another call and left a voice mail. That was a few weeks ago and I still haven't heard back.. After reading some reviews it seems like this isn't the first time they've ghosted people. If communication is this difficult in the beginning, then I can't imagine how it will be leading up to our wedding. No thank you.

For our main course we selected the lemon ricotta pasta, the chimichurri steak tips and the sea bass skewers (you don't see sea bass on menus often and this one shouldn't be missed- it's incredible) . We were all so happy with all of our delicious meals (I even took bread to get every bite on my sea bass entree). They even took the time to visit my venue ahead of time so there were no surprises. This amount of preparation made me feel at ease leading up to my wedding. The day of the wedding, Nittany catering staff were very professional and everyone absolutely loved the food! It was all delicious and portion sizes were great.
