Wasn't on a time schedule. I spent 2 hours in the store. Found beautiful baby lamb chops. Filets were $6/lb cheaper than my grocery store. Bought beautiful endive. Had to bring home the red wine peppered salami. Coming home, opening the cooler, and handing out foodie presents is like Christmas morning. The oohs and aahs were heard at multiple houses. The staff were very helpful finding my treasures. Wegmans trips make traveling for business worth it.

And I didn't even get the firewood. Well, I guess that takes care of the cost of the gas used to get there. Then I thought I would look at the rest of the purchases on the receipt. I noticed that I paid full price for the salmon that was on clearance. That was another $6.03 extra I paid for. But never mind, I still saved. Just not as much as I thought and I learned a lesson. Always watch to screen when checking out. Or at least look over the receipt before leaving the parking lot. One last thing that I should mention. The cashier was top notch, on the ball.
