First off, her…read moremassage room is beautifully decorated with dim lighting and candles so you instantly feel relaxed. She will greet you with a warm smile so that you already feel comfortable in her hands. We chatted a bit so she understood my needs for massage therapy and she did an amazing job taking care of me. I can't handle deep tissue very well but she worked with my tolerance level and worked my problem areas very thoroughly, while still providing ample attention to the rest of me. The massage flowed so nicely that I can only compare it to a perfectly choreographed ballet dancing on my body. I can't remember the last time I felt so amazing after a massage! The location is nice, nice ambiance of the place, the rooms are just right for the massage. The receptionists are very nice and accommodating and would made sure you're taken care of. Wait time is short. I'm always in time for my massages and I don't wait longer than 5 mins. Phil is very professional and does a great job. We had a highly disappointing experience at your location today…read more My husband and I had massages scheduled, however, just 15 minutes before our arrival time we received a call from the clinic stating that my husband's assigned therapist was unavailable. As we were parking the car and walking inside. The resolution offered was unacceptable and showed zero regard for our time. The staff member hardly offered an apology and suggested that I still have my service. As if letting my husband sit in the lobby for an hour while I attempt to enjoy a massage was an option? What a waste of our Saturday morning . The lack of empathy, poor customer service, and disregard for client scheduling are unacceptable for a premium wellness brand. As a result of this experience, we have no intention of returning.
