They have two salt rooms to accommodate different size groups. The sauna room is large enough to accommodate you and a friend. It's bright enough for reading, as this is my preference. We had to stand there until she showed up with her husband and walked right past us No hello, no apology.. just pure rude. I got a fantastic facial at this spa. The complex that this Spa is in is a little dicey but the quality of the service and cleanliness was top notch. The prices are high but pretty standard as far as facials go in the area. I enjoyed the hydro facial and seeing the "gunk" taken off my face afterwards. My only complaint would be that I found the front desk lady- whom i believe is the owner - was a little cold and rude when I entered the Spa. I applaud the spa for being able to get us in last minute but that should've been the red flag. I am not sure why you fill out paperwork in the beginning marking areas you'd like focused on, selecting a silent massage, deep tissue, etc. for the therapist to pay absolutely no attention to it. Franny didn't do any sort of deep tissue work. She continuously spoke throughout it about non essential things. She commented on two separate areas being crunchy in one and a knot in another as she grazed over them and then never spent any time on them again. We spoke at the start of my massage about working on my upper back and shoulders and then she spent 3/4 of the time on my legs. She basically just ran her hands over me for an hour it made me feel anything but relaxed. Then she spent the last few minutes doing reiki type practices which was never discussed. My friends both had a great experience with Alex. The owner seems to lack the "fluff" that should come with owning and operating a spa. She said "well do you want robes" when we got there. First offered us to use the salt room then told us it would be a $20 up charge then ended up charging us $60 for it. I couldn't wait to get out of this establishment. read more

I have passed this place many times and was not aware what exactly it was, wellness salt massage therapy center. Maybe 'massage' or 'wellness' needs to be included somewhere in the front signage. We heard about it from a former therapist and so glad she told us. We had a couples massage and I was very fortunate to have Adam. I chose relaxation as I always have deep tissue and just wanted to chill in the salt room. And Adam delivered! I was so relaxed I caught myself dozing off a few times. I give the ambiance 5 stars but I give the experience zero stars. My gf bought me and her a couples massage for my birthday. Initial reception was great and very positive. The salt rock rock room was fantastic. That's where the positive experience ended. Our massage therapists were Franny and Nicholas. We laid down on the massage tables and Nicholas goes on to say how my gf is "skinny fat" and how he has worked on "fat people" before. Listen dude neither one of us are as hefty as you. You DONT say that to a client. He then went on to say how he worked at the Beverly Hills hotel and told us of his experiences there with so called "celebrities" he knew. Nicholas, a massage is not supposed to be a one hour long conversation where only you are laughing the entire time. My gf told Nicholas at the beginning where her problem area was and I swear to god he didn't ever work on it. He said he would do a piriformis release but did not get anywhere near her SI joint, probably because he was too focused on telling us how he got bitched out by Joe Pesci one time. Franny asked me if I wanted to opt for a deep tissue massage at initial reception. We paid for the $20 up charge. AT NO POINT WHATSOEVER DID SHE REACH ANY OF MY TISSUES. The entire massage with her felt like an 11 year old poking at me. I can't be mad at her because she is a petite woman but damn don't offer the goods if you can't deliver. I see a lot of positive reviews on here and I am in no way saying those people are wrong. I am only sharing mine and my gf's experience. The concept of this place is great. The ambiance is fine.
