We had a highly disappointing experience at your location today…read more My husband and I had massages scheduled, however, just 15 minutes before our arrival time we received a call from the clinic stating that my husband's assigned therapist was unavailable. As we were parking the car and walking inside. The resolution offered was unacceptable and showed zero regard for our time. The staff member hardly offered an apology and suggested that I still have my service. As if letting my husband sit in the lobby for an hour while I attempt to enjoy a massage was an option? What a waste of our Saturday morning . The lack of empathy, poor customer service, and disregard for client scheduling are unacceptable for a premium wellness brand. As a result of this experience, we have no intention of returning.

Of course, I recommend both therapists very highly, but personally speaking, Adam's massage and knowledge are unsurpassed. I usually book 90 minutes, but this time I only booked an hour, and it's killing me I didn't have the extra 30 minutes. Regardless, my back, neck, and legs felt so much better, even days after.
