You can call the office to make appointment of course or you can schedule via their online appointment scheduler. The staff is very friendly. In fact I was running late (so unlike me!) & I called to inquire if I could still come or if I needed to reschedule. They told me if I could get there in 10 minutes they would still take me. That was enough time for me & they were still very pleasant & did not make me feel rushed upon arrival. I love that they have the technology to give you a choice to have your eyes dilated (old school, traditional way, included with exam) or instead have a picture of your eye taken for an extra $40 (cant recall actual cost but it was somewhere between $30-$45). A routine eye exam with no insurance is $85. Dr. Mina Hoang is very polite, professional & personable. When she conducts your eye exam & asks that question "which view is better number 1 or number 2", it makes me chuckle how she enunciates the question very slowly to give your brain time to process the question & answer. She also explains what she is doing & always asks if you have any questions. I didn't purchase any new glasses so I can't speak to the frame selection. However, with so many choices for eyecare in the area, I do recommend this office & doctor for your routine eyecare needs.

Sight Eye Care's site was very informative representing their services. Making an appointment was very simple with injuries getting priority. The staff gave great first impressions of confidence and professionalism. My interaction with Dr Hoang was incredible, she gave simple "classroom" explanations of each step of the examination which was very appreciated. Ultimately, the visit exceeded my expectations gave me assurance that I made the right decision regarding my eye care.

There was only one bad experience. I will get to reviewing the others another time. But this location was one of several that treated her very nicely and offered her different deals that were generally about the same as what other chains would offer, but with slightly better service and generally about the same as the other Visionworks locations that we visited. I guess the only downside other than the pricing - which is not in the cheap range - is that we noticed on all of their location listings they do have some fake reviews, quite a few in fact the same written by the same people. But I guess that's how they do business and part of their business model.

WORST PLACE EVER. Went last Friday to Dr. Mathews for glasses and contacts. I have a disability…read morethat is triggered by visual issues....I told the doctor this. When she was done examining me, instead of having me put on the new lenses, she told me to put my old ones on and that she would have boxes up front for me to use. I bought glasses at the same time. I left @11am and at 11:30, I put the contacts in when I got home. I could not see. I called and they had already transferred their phones even though they closed at 1pm. Answering service transferred me to a back line that was to a different one. I called back. This time they said they couldn't do anything except have the doctor on call call me back. He never did and then they were closed for the weekend. No one ever calls. I call immediately when they are open at the beginning of the week. The doctor was in the Memorial office that day so they transfer me. Memorial pics up and they transfer me to Alisha's desk....which just rings and rings until it transfers me back. I explain the situation and she transfers me to the same ringing desk. This time when it transfers me back, instead of talking, she just keeps picking up and immediately transferring me back....happens OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I call back over and over until finally phones are transferred to the answering service for lunch. The answering then transfers me to the location that doesn't close for lunch. They just transfer me back to the ringing phone. I go to the website and leave a message in the contact box....no return call. So, I come to this page and send a message. I get a response saying they will have someone contact me. No one does. I send another message at 4pm and no one responds. Then another one at 5pm. Nothing. It is now Friday....7 days AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE AND I STILL CANT SEE...AND I CANT GO ANYWHERE ELSE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY FULL PRICE BECAUSE INSURANCE ONLY PAYS FOR ONE EXAM A YEAR. I have filed with the medical board.

I have been going to them yearly for 5 years now. Dr. Chow is amazing! She is thorough and takes her time addressing my concerns. For the last 2 years, Dr. Kong has attended to me, and he is just as thorough and addresses my concerns. The front desk is nice. Even once, they ordered me the wrong prescription, and they apologized and reordered my contacts.
