I set up my appointment for a few days later and had a great consultation with Olga Ramirez, one of the surgical counselors. Olga was incredibly kind, relatable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She walked me through all of the necessary tests and was very patient with me as we completed everything. After consulting with the doctor, Olga let me know that I was a candidate for the procedure and thoroughly explained all of my options. The pricing was straightforward and transparent, and there was absolutely no pressure to book the procedure. I was given all of the information in a nice folder to take home and review. It's been a pleasant experience from the first day I picked up the phone to call and ask questions from CINDY. Everyone was really kind and caring which made me feel really comfortable . Dr. Scott Segal is a professional at what he does and he was very kind, informative, and caring. I did thorough research into who I should pick to go with for my lasik surgery and I'm glad to have picked him. I'm currently recovering from the procedure and it seems to be going great. Dr. Scott also gave me his personal number in case I have any questions or concerns. All information regarding financing, prescriptions, and scheduling were easy to follow. The doctor made a follow-up call the next morning to see if I'd had any luck (which I hadn't) and called me again later that day. That's quality care!
