I stopped by Five Below in Morgan Hill specifically looking for a badge reel and ended up finding…read morethe cutest little teddy bear one! Of course, like usual with Five Below, I ended up browsing around and finding more things than what I originally came in for lol. They have a lot of cute and affordable stuff throughout the store. I saw Hello Kitty coloring books, accessories, toys, beauty items, and a really cute selection of mini backpacks. Some of the Hello Kitty and Snoopy backpacks honestly reminded me of the Loungefly style but for a much cheaper price. They also had plenty of other characters and designs to choose from. I ended up getting a shirt too, but this is where my experience wasn't so great. While looking through the clothing section, I noticed ants crawling around the shelf and near the clothes. There were enough that I actually had to shake the shirt out and check it carefully before buying it to make sure there weren't any ants on it. I even took a picture because it definitely caught me off guard. Hopefully that's something the store takes care of because you don't want bugs crawling around merchandise you're about to bring home. Besides the ant situation, this location has a ton of good finds. You can come in looking for one little thing and easily find five more things you didn't know you wanted. The prices are affordable, there's a huge variety, and that's really the whole point of Five Below. Definitely a fun store to browse in Morgan Hill, but the clothing area could use some attention because of the ants.

I've been going to this 5 and Below since opening and I've never had a problem until recently. In…read morethe store there is a candy section and there are little bags you can put them in. I emphasize little bags. I put about 30-40 inside and some other items and headed to checkout. While checking out, an employee came up to me asking if she can help and of course I said yes. She picks up the bag of candy and asks "do you know how much is in here?" and I said "about 30-40 individual candies." She then dumps the whole bag out and counts every single one holding up the line. After she's done counting, she puts in the register that there was 113 candies in the bag and it bumped my total up a lot. So I just left the bag of candy and she did a condescending "have a great day" when I walked out. This is my first issue with them and I like to point out they have great selections.

Immediately upon entering the store my friend and I were greeted, which was nice, but the entire time we were there the staff would not leave us alone - it was like we were being stalked!!! Personally, I don't like to be followed and constantly bombarded while I browse. Nor do I need the opinion of the sales person every time I look at something or show the least bit of interest in it. Tryst has a great selection of jeans and other apparel, but it's way overpriced.
