I started with a seaweed facial that included a relaxing steam and super hydrating application of all kinds of delightful moisturizers. The energy at this place is great. My technician's gentle touch soothed away my stresses and really sent me straight to Cloud 9. It's quiet, serene and simply the best hands on experience at a massage studio in quite some time... especially considering I only got a facial! I can't wait to go back again and really treat myself well. I am a mom of three boys/ and pregnant so an energy restoring places like this is my everything.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Natural Massage Spa in Tradition…read more Back in February, I purchased a $200 gift certificate for my daughter-in-law. She went to redeem it last week, only to be told they would not honor it because the actual gift card was apparently not inside the envelope we were given at the time of purchase. Tina looked up the purchase on her computer and confirmed that the gift certificate had been purchased, had never been redeemed, and that the receipt clearly showed the purchase date, the $200 amount, and the gift card number that we believe was never provided to us. Despite having all of this documentation proving the gift certificate was legitimately purchased and had never been used, she refused to honor it. I tried to reason with her, explaining that their own records proved the gift certificate was valid and unused, but she would not budge. Good customer service means working with customers to resolve situations like this, especially when your own records support their claim. Instead, we were simply turned away. To make matters worse, the facility itself did not appear to be very clean, which is always a red flag for a massage spa. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this business to anyone else. Losing a customer over a situation that could have been resolved so easily is unfortunate and completely avoidable.

You know those days when your back hurts and need a body tune-up?... (If you don't have those days,…read morecount yourself lucky. Lol). I called the Peacock Day Spa and Massage and was able to get a same day appointment for me and my daughter. When you walk in, there is a front reception area, and through the curtains, you'll find several lounge chairs for foot reflexology, and there are several massage rooms. There is relaxing music playing so you can inhale all the calmness and exhale the stress of the day. Both my daughter and I loved our massages. All the knots and pain I had walking in were melted away. The masseuse was very attentive to all the areas that needed tending to. Once we were done, we were offered bottles of water and some candy. (It's the little things). The pricing isn't bad either. So, I can definitely make this part of a monthly routine. My only issue is that they may have been short staffed and did not have someone in the reception area, causing the masseuse to leave for a minute or so to assist someone who came in. But other than that, very pleased.

Between all of that, my body was absolutely screaming for some kind of relief. I finally decided it was time to book a massage. This was my first visit here, and the great reviews convinced me to give them a try. I was paired with Jen, and from the moment we started talking, she understood exactly what I needed. She asked a few questions before we got started, and I explained that I really needed deep tissue work, especially in all of my tight and sore areas. Originally, I booked a 60-minute massage, but after talking with her, I decided it made more sense to upgrade to 90 minutes. It was one of the best decisions I've made. My entire body was sore from head to toe, and this was exactly what I needed. Jen found every knot and painful spot and patiently worked through each one. She applied just the right amount of pressure and never rushed. Once she got through the toughest areas, I became so relaxed that I actually fell asleep until she gently asked me to turn over. This was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. I don't get massages nearly as often as I should, but after this experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else. If you're dealing with chronic pain, tight muscles, or just everyday soreness, I highly recommend booking with Jen. Your body will thank yo

The spa is serene and very clean and I'd like to go back for a facial and another massage sometime. I would give 5 stars for the spa and three for the rest of the resort, due to the following: This resort is no longer a Club Med location. It was bought by a local investment group and there seems to be some poor communication and training issues within the organization. When I went, the guard at the gate told me to check in at the front desk for directions to the spa. The person I spoke with at the front desk was very confused and wanted me to buy a day pass. However, you don't have to buy a day pass to get a massage at the spa, and you don't have to check in at the front desk (at least that wasn't the situation when I went). I just drove over to the side of the parking lot near the spa (as they eventually instructed) and went in for my massage. This was admittedly a few months ago, so hopefully they've got it figured out by now.
