I had a super visit! Staying in Florida for the month of May and realized I should have gotten my haircut before I left home. I was torn about waiting to get back home or find a place in Florida to get a haircut. Not only that, I had an injury and surgery to the left elbow making me compensate with my right arm causing a crick in my right shoulder, so I was also desperate for a massage in addition to the much needed haircut (don't like hair in my eyes). I was so excited to find a location that was able to take care of both situations at Bella Rose Day Spa. A bit unsure as the only recommendations were from Yelp. Rachel, who answered my questions when I called was able to set me up for the 2 appointments I needed. She was able to get the 2 services set up on the same day the week I called. I was so pleased. Amanda, who cut my thick hair, did it with precision and expertise. She was also a fellow history buff so we had lots to share! My haircut looks awesome! Christina, the masseuse, had magic hands that was able to relieve my shoulder discomfort with one treatment. She has angel hands! Truly amazing! The facility is clean, serene and comforting. I felt as if I was treated with professionalism and comfort to know that the 2 needs I had were well taken care of. I highly recommend Bella Rose Day Spa. I had a great experience and received excellent services. I will definitely go back when here again and will not hesitate to use this facility. Definitely 5 stars! read more

Unfortunately I made a appointment for my friend and I for mani/pedi and haircuts. On the initial call I specified for 2 people at the same time. We had to wait a week to get in due to the request for 2 people. We were looking so forward to the appointments. On arrival, they had only one of us scheduled. They did not attempt to look for a solution, looked at the appointment book and said "so and so" has this blocked off, I wander what is up with that. Then said they were sorry but would not be able to accommodate both of us today. I know appointments get mixed up and human error is inevitable, we were extremely disappointed and unable to book elsewhere for the same services even on another day with our time limits read more

Just had a massage with Jessica! I went in with extremely sore shoulders and neck, knowing I needed a deep tissue massage to loosen everything up. She completely delivered and I am walking out with my headache gone. The spa is beautiful and everyone was super sweet. Would highly recommend! read more

Okeechobee really needs an upscale boutique and day spa for pampering. I had high hopes for Bella rose, but in the end I was a little disappointed. They were 25 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. While I waited, I had plenty of time to look around. Superficially, it was well decorated. But at a closer look it was not very clean: dead bugs on the window sill and blinds, dirty floors, hair on/in the soaking tub, pedi chairs flaking apart, carpet stained and trafficked. Good enough for a pedi, but not sure I'd have much else done here. $35 pedi was done in about 35 minutes. Nothing special. About 60 seconds of massage per leg/foot. Nail color done well. read more

Great service!!! But they can't get their apts in order. I had a massage apt for 1pm on monday and i show up and they're like nope ur not on here can u come back the following Saturday at 2. Then when i was back on Saturday another woman and her daughter had the same issue. read more
