I went in for a cut and color, but a different type of color than I normally get at home. I sat with Zoe after being ten minutes late as of course, I got lost! Zoe spent time with me to see what I wanted and she heard me!! I haven't had such a wonderful experience in a chair since I was a hairdresser. She was attentive but not intrusive. Funny, intelligent, sweet but most of all she made me feel welcomed. Her spiritual side came through to me which was even more relaxing. I love my new "do"!! Its exactly what I was looking for! The cut is perfect, the color...well, I am loving the color. Just enough but not too much, again Zoe heard me. I am so enthralled with this salon and the ladies who cater to us clients, I made another appointment. I am so happy that I went to you Bella Hair Studio today. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Lots of Love and Light Patty R.

Wanted to give 1 star but, a nice person, however ruined my hair. After decent Groupon reviews and…read morelong travel, I was truly let down but a simple balayage gone wrong from the start. I showed her about 6/7 pictures of brown hair with caramel color throughout. My hair turned out mostly blonde. Just my crown was dark brown. NO MORE dark hair. We agreed to a color correction . She agreed it was way too light. 2 days later, Went back to have sections darkened, except that was an epic fail. She decided to add bright red filler on those pieces that needed to be darkened, EPIC FAIL. All of the caramel highlights I paid lots of money for along with a really generous tip, disappeared because all of the red filler seeping in and taking over, all after an hour of effort to separate. 2X's She had to use permanent dark brown dye to fix the red botch up resulting in JET BLACK HAIR. it's been 3 weeks trying to wash it out naturally so I don't damage it anymore, and I now have black with red/ auburn hair that won't go away for along while. she suggested the red can be cut out, or wait it out.BRILLIANT! THANK YOU FOR THAT OPTION! THE RED IS ALL OVER!!!!! I just wanted caramel throughout my already existing dark hair. This artist could not color correct my hair correctly. MOST DISSATISFIED. This has never happened anywhere else. I live 1.5 hours away. I went there 2 times and she would not give me a partial refund for such an unpleasant experience. Nice person, lacks experience. Would not entertain a 3rd appointment due to so many reasons. Can not justify a botched up color correction with no resolve without a convenient resolution for the customer. Bad business given my standard of customer service and being in the industry of hair and beauty. BUYER BEWARE. She also thinks hair is unpredictable so you couldn't possibly ask for a specific color. She doesn't know how your hair will cooperate. it's YOUR hairs fault. NOT HER! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
