I had a super visit! Staying in Florida for the month of May and realized I should have gotten my…read morehaircut before I left home. I was torn about waiting to get back home or find a place in Florida to get a haircut. Not only that, I had an injury and surgery to the left elbow making me compensate with my right arm causing a crick in my right shoulder, so I was also desperate for a massage in addition to the much needed haircut (don't like hair in my eyes). I was so excited to find a location that was able to take care of both situations at Bella Rose Day Spa. A bit unsure as the only recommendations were from Yelp. Rachel, who answered my questions when I called was able to set me up for the 2 appointments I needed. She was able to get the 2 services set up on the same day the week I called. I was so pleased. Amanda, who cut my thick hair, did it with precision and expertise. She was also a fellow history buff so we had lots to share! My haircut looks awesome! Christina, the masseuse, had magic hands that was able to relieve my shoulder discomfort with one treatment. She has angel hands! Truly amazing! The facility is clean, serene and comforting. I felt as if I was treated with professionalism and comfort to know that the 2 needs I had were well taken care of. I highly recommend Bella Rose Day Spa. I had a great experience and received excellent services. I will definitely go back when here again and will not hesitate to use this facility. Definitely 5 stars!

Worst haircut of my life. I had hair to my waist . I called to complain and asked for my money back as its off by three inches on one side! I was told I didn't call back soon enough. The truth? I cried and was so upset for 3 days, I couldn't call! I had to compose myself first! I told the owner I only wanted my money back and would not trust anyone at her salon to fix it! she hung up on me!!!! So frustrating!!! Do not spend your hard earned money at this salon. They don't have your back, are unprofessional, inept, and unsanitary!! I should have run out the door when America picked up a dirty brush full of hair...she spayed the brush with some solution and made a weak attempt at half cleaning it/pulling the black hairs from the brush. So disgusting. Don't trust Stafford Salon! They will ruin your hair like they did mine.

My short hair is both fine and thin, so any mistakes or "choppy" cuts show for weeks. Wendy was an excellent listener and did exactly what I asked. She is also very skilled and blended my hair perfectly!! This haircut cost less than others and was much better quality + a good salon experience all around. (Not sure if the salon is still owned by "Smart Style," but is inside the Walmart near pharmacy entrance.)

In my 12 plus years living in Okeechobee, Fl I've never felt so welcomed at a nail salon. The owner always has a great attitude and so far the nail technicians that have done my nails and my pedicures, are super nice. I never hear them turn anyone away considering they close at 6:30pm on weekdays and I usually come in a little after 5pm. Saturdays they close at 6pm and they're even open on Sundays until 3pm. I would always continue to come back here!

I walked in and said I needed a fill. There were two women next to each other to my left, and one of them asked me to choose a color. I let them know that I wanted a design on one of my nails. They asked to see a picture, so I said that I wanted it to be fairly simple, and that it didn't need to be perfect, but "something like this". What I showed them was a seahorse outline in one color (navy). The woman who asked me to see the design and the woman she was working with started laughing and they said they didn't know if anyone there could do that. I decided to wait and talk to the person who would actually be doing my nails. When he came over, I pulled up the photo on my phone and said I didn't need it to be perfect, but something like this. Again. An outline of a seahorse in one solid color. Egged on by the first two, he started laughing, showed it to another worker, and all of them were laughing. The original woman then said to him/the other workers, "She just wants something simple though", and they started laughing again. (Before anyone mentions that there was some sort of cultural barrier - the acting ringleader- the woman who asked me to see the picture, made the initial comment and then followed up with the "she just wants something simple though" was caucasian.) I have been getting my nails done for the better part of 20 years now. I have never gone anywhere with an idea of a design and been treated in such an incredibly rude/incompetent way. If I've gone in with a tricky idea in the past (and I try not to!), I've always gotten some version of, "We will try our best", or "it may not look exactly the same", which I have and will always be okay with. The unprofessionalism was off the charts and I will never be back. I understand no one cares about one person not coming back, but I would advise a word of caution to anyone who has a ONE COLOR nail design that if they feel unable to do it, instead of owning it or giving you advice, they will point, laugh, and ridicule.
