Absolutely the most unprofessional salon. Greet customers when they walk in. If they have an appointment, keep it or let the customer know that you are unable to meet your obligations. The 2nd time I asked about my 20 minute overdue appointment I am told my hair dresser is not there yet. They don't know when she will be in. How about being upfront and professional? That seemed to be in short supply today. Will not be back. Thank you ladies. read more

If youre a girl do not come here . These adults will tell your kids what you can and cant do and wont do what you tell them to do. They are NOT good at coloring hair. The stylist will tell you what colors they think is good and only show specific pallets and wont even let you look at all of them unless you ask and if you have social anxiety you might see this is hard. The vibe is fun and chill but people do talk a lot. A man came in and they told him that they would call him to come back in but someone else came in before him and they acted like they had no time to do him when it was 20 minutes from when the guy was gonna come in. Also they werent even busy before the guy's appointment. They were doing everything but calling him and they exaggerate on how it was so messy when it wasnt so they were just lazy and eating. read more

All I can say about my experience is... I walked into this Hair Cuttery location with hair -and left without any in one entire section of my head. I only had a coloring service done, no shears were even involved. Terrible thing is the beautician Nicole, said nothing about washing my hair out with the botched, possibly over-processed, color job; I noticed it once I got home. Once I picked my self up off the floor after collapsing from discovering the eyebrow length hair in the place of where my bangs once were, I vowed to never return & warn the public. So, if you care at all about your beautiful tresses- go elsewhere. read more

Need to find a manager or acting manager that knows how to treat their employees and run a decent salon. Can't seem to keep good stylists there and the wait seems to be a bit too long. After being told a 30 minute wait, it turned out to be at least hour and half. When it is managed correctly, hair Cuttery is more convenient for me. But if there are no changes soon, I will go elsewhere. read more

I went to Patricia. She was really good with my son. She gave him a "batman haircut". I've never seen him sit so well for a haircut and it came out great. It's the best cut he ever got times a hundred. She also did my hair. I have long thin hair. When it gets cut. It's gone. She did an awesome job at keeping the length which is hard to do with my hair. read more

Everyone is friendly. But the place itself is SO old and ugly and dirty looking that I feel sorry for the people who work there. Also they're so understaffed! I've had simple cuts that took SO long just because the stylist had to walk away every time someone else walked through the door. . I'm sure some of the stylists there are fine. But I hate going there so much I've started cutting my own hair. read more
