We were RUSHED the entire time like they couldn't wait to get rid of us. My pedicure was absolute trash--no cuticle work, the "massage" was pathetic. Instead of actually massaging me, she just kept scratching the hell out of my legs and feet with her nails to the point it hurt--and I literally left with a cut on my ankle from her nail. On top of that, they didn't use lotion during the massage--just scrubbed our legs raw with that gritty scrub the entire time. Then the "hot stones" we were supposed to be massaged with? Used for literally 2 seconds before they slapped a hot towel on us and called it a day. The broken toenail I specifically asked to be fixed? She just slapped gel over it like I wouldn't notice. The paint job is disgusting--lumpy, uneven, already peeling, just horrid all around. My friend's pedicure was somehow worse--she bled because they filed her nails so short, and her gel is already chipping off less than 24 hours later. And the attitude at the end? Unreal. After the pedicure, the tech literally just sat there silently staring at me, waiting for a tip. When I stood up, she reached her hand out like "where's my money?" Not to mention she spent half the appointment talking about money and how she only does things for tips. $100 for the most rushed, careless, painful, and low-effort pedicures we've ever had. Disgusted and beyond pissed. Never again will we be returning to Suave Nails in Okeechobee Florida.

In my 12 plus years living in Okeechobee, Fl I've never felt so welcomed at a nail salon. The owner always has a great attitude and so far the nail technicians that have done my nails and my pedicures, are super nice. I never hear them turn anyone away considering they close at 6:30pm on weekdays and I usually come in a little after 5pm. Saturdays they close at 6pm and they're even open on Sundays until 3pm. I would always continue to come back here!

Everyone working was nice and I had a good gel manicure overall. Unfortunately, it immediately started to chip the next day and I have never had gel chip that quickly in the past 10 years of doing gel manicures. Usually it only chips when I'm past two weeks. The only other downside was that the salon didn't seem the cleanest. I watched the metals tools and bowl being cleaned before it was used on me but the towel and arm rest were definitely not cleaned in-between clients. Tried my best to never touch the towel.

Do not spend your hard earned money at this salon. They don't have your back, are unprofessional, inept, and unsanitary!! I should have run out the door when America picked up a dirty brush full of hair...she spayed the brush with some solution and made a weak attempt at half cleaning it/pulling the black hairs from the brush.
