I went into ProNails on recommendation of next door business. It was big, poor atmosphere, little English spoken, and Customer Service poor. Both big toenails and ones next to them smeared. He tried to fix once by layering another coat. Didn't leave to dry long enough. Also cut toenail down sides & pulled cuticles, so just a built in ingrown toenail waiting to happen. Finally, he tried to fix After I put sandals on, and he got polish on both sandals, so threw them away. Never again!!! read more

Not the cleanest place, but always seems busy. You probably need an appointment. They don't really acknowledge you when you walk in.. it takes a while to get noticed. So, I left. read more

i walked into this nail salon and asked for acrylics. i showed them the picture of the nails i wanted which is on this review. the man on the left all the way in the back immediately started working on them. he was very very rough and didn't prep correctly. as you can see, a nail popped off right as i got into the car. almost every single one of my nails are crooked. all of them are very thin. product was all over my nails and fingers. i told him to stop and id do the rest at home as this was very painful on my nails and skin. he told me it was free of charge and i left. (i don't think he wanted his manager to see what he did). i went to sally's beauty supply to see if there was something i can get to fix them. i showed the cashier at sally's and she told me the guy who did my nails, did the exact same thing to her as he did to me. she told me to go back and tell them to remove my nails. i went back and told them that this is very unacceptable. my left thumb was filed way too much and is missing a lot of my natural nail due to him absolutely butchering my nails. the very nice gentleman on the left at the front, told me my nails were way too irritated to do a full removal so he shortened them and filed them to where they don't bother me and don't look bad. please do not come here unless you want to leave unsatisfied. read more

My wife went in for a french tip toe nail and after a few failed attempts at what should have been the right shade of pink to be almost nude the tech smudged her big toenail and then when my wife asked for them to fix it she was told no and to go somewhere else and still they demanded the 30 dollar payment for a botched job. But that's just it shes going somewhere else and to everyone looking for a nail tech I suggest you take the advise my wife was given by the people at the business and just go somewhere else. Congrats on losing a future customer due to your poor customer service. read more

Large selection of color and so many options. Staff is friendly and really put in the extra effort to make nails look great. I even accidentally nicked my polish while it has wet and they fixed it, no questions asked. read more

My wife went into this nail salons for a simple french tip. When the techs to bumped my wife's big toe smudging the fresh polish she simply asked them to redo her nail and was told. No you go somewhere else and charged her the full thirty dollars. How is the kind of customer service ok. The rude treatment isnt even the biggest concern as much as she paid for goods that were damaged by the person paid to do them. I dont recommend anyone use this business as they dont know how to properly treat their customers. read more

The most disrespectful place ever takes 2 hours to get your toes done when no one is even In there. One man in particular is so rude.

Horrible place . Was rude from the minute I walked in. Brought my 8 year old daughter and I to do our toes and nails . I have never been laughed at and talked about so much at a nail salon by workers . Very unprofessional . Not only that , I left with my fingers bleeding !! DO NOT RECOMMEND . read more

I'm not from this area, and on a holiday weekend, I was seated in a chair in less than 10 minutes as a WALK IN! WOW! No, they're not the most social bunch, but they are FAR from rude, and they are all about customer satisfaction. I showed the young man a picture, and he put it to shame! I have since deleted the picture... just sayin. They're reasonably priced, and the quality is unmatched. I went there to get my nails done... excuse me, SLAYED, not find my new BFF... and that's what I got. I've had my fair share of places that people have recommended, but the quality, and skill is unparalleled. read more

I have had a few pedicures up home in Upstate NY. I have trouble bending enough to trim my toe nails, so I tried it up there and was very happy with my experience. On the other hand here I was quite disappointed. The lady that took care of me acted like she could care less what she was doing. She never said a word to me other than manicure? No water in the well when she sat me down, in less than 1/2 hr. I was done, my nails were barley touched and she hardly touch any of the loose skin on my feet. I was very disappointed and will never go back, plus I was told it cost $25 she charged me $32. read more

Terrible customer service. Didn't have an appointment so I was ok to wait. Got my pedicure then was told it would another two hours before I could get a fill because they would rather do powder then acrylic. If I had wanted powder I would have said that on the sign in sheet. read more
