Received a gift certificate for Christmas for a one hour massage...Called on a Tuesday to make an…read moreappt for Saturday. Was given a time of 2:30 with "Cameron". When arrived at business the door was locked and the supposed owner was pressure cleaning outside. Told him about my appt and he called Cameron. He called Cameron and handed me the phone. Cameron said it was an error on the part of the front desk as he doesn't normally work on Saturday . At this point the owner said they don't work on Saturdays.. Being that I typically work Mon-Sat I asked for a refund of the certificate...Instead of being apologetic the owner was argumentative and rude..Stating that I was lying about speaking with his front desk regarding .this appt with "Cameron".. How I could've known there was a therapist there by the name of Cameron is beyond me....? I told the owner I would be reviewing this on YELP and his response was "I don't care, I have a good rating and you bad rating will not hurt me". With all the other massage businesses in town this would be the last one I would recommend!

So, if you go here with your significant other, you'll likely have to take turns getting massaged. I also didn't care for the smell of smoke inside the home but I got over it. Good massage overall.

I suppose that's what you get when you ask Google to look up a phone number for you. The young lady on the phone was the most warm and gracious individual I have spoken to at a business in a long time. She was friendly and compassionate, not at all annoyed by my mistake, and when I explained my blunder, she even invited me to visit if I'm ever in town. If this is the kind of professionalism and care one receives with a simple wrong number phone call, I can only imagine the exquisite service any client would experience at the salon. Definitely go visit them!!
