Staff was friendly and professional, and my masseuse was amazing. She used both strength and technique to provide relief and relaxation during my treatment, a combination of stretching and targeting muscles in the most effective way for each body part. This includes my back, neck, head, shoulders, and arms, but also the parts that other massage therapists rarely do effectively, such as the inner hamstrings, shins, and peroneal muscles of the legs. The face rubbing was unnecessary IMO. But the overall massage, paired with soothing piano melodies playing in the background, made for a pleasurable experience. When I explained that the appointment had already been confirmed earlier, I was then told that the therapist had been booked for another client about 10 minutes prior and asked if I wanted to move my massage to 8:00 PM instead. My answer was no. Situations like this are the easiest way to lose long-time customers. Confirming an appointment and then failing to honor it less than an hour before scheduled time reflects poor customer service and poor coordination.
