In route back to CA from a week on Lake Powell, we searched here on yelp for something other than the horrid smoke filled casino buffets (eggs tasting like ash). Happily we decided on Bella Pizza. They were open late on Sunday (our travel day) for dinner. The location is off strip and non-descript, but be assured this is where the locals eat pizza. The staff was young and friendly and quickly accommodated our crew of 11, including a 2yrs old. We ordered three 18" pies and can recommend the spinach and feta specialty pizza, also don't forget to ask for ranch dressing if you like to dip... They make their's from scratch and it's yummy. If you want good pizza with low key dress requirements (half of us were still in swimwear from the lake), and care about supporting local business who craft quality food.... Stop by this off-strip-gem and skip the chain fast food and smokey casinos! read more

Went here for dinner. We ordered a medium meat lovers and 15 mild wings to go and were told it would be 15 minutes. It was more like 25 minutes. We got it home pretty quickly and the pizza was good. The wings were tasty, but TINY. They were definitely not worth the $15 they cost. The garlic ranch sauce was delicious, but there should've been more of it. Overall the food was good, but pretty pricey for pizza and wings. read more

Man was this disappointing. The reviews were so good. It really looked like my kind of place. The service was awesome, the interior of the strip mall location was done very nicely. The price was in the acceptable range for good pizza. We were excited to have found a new place to visit when we were down visiting family in Mesquite. Unfortunately the food just didn't live up to the reviews here on yelp. What we got were two pizzas that had a total of maybe 10 toppings on each. They had a ton of cheese, and sauce, but the toppings were similar to what you would expect from a 5 dollar crappy chain pizza. We got a couple of orders of garlic bread and they were flavorless. The crust was okay, but nothing special. I had high hopes here, and maybe we caught them on an off day, but any pizza place that can put 8 (yes I counted) pieces of pineapple on an entire pizza and think that is adequate doesn't get my business again. read more

We were driving through and saw all the great reviews. We called in for pick up at 5:30pm on a Thursday night and it was ready within 10 minutes (right when we arrived). Staff was friendly and pizza was fresh and yummy! We got a 12" cheese pizza for the 2 kids and 12" bbq chix pizza for my hubby and me. It was plenty and we had leftovers. We'll definitely stop in again. Note: As others stated, it's in a strip mall, but don't judge this book by its cover. There were a few booths and tables to dine-in and it was clean. Went here based on Yelp reviews and Restaurant Grade's for Southern Nevada. We ordered a medium pizza with extra onions and had plenty of left overs. Pizza was a deep dish style (wasn't a thin crust like I had thought it would be) with lots of toppings and hand grated cheese. One piece will fill you up......we also ordered bread sticks......they could have been cooked a bit more....but the sauce made up for it. Our server was very nice and I think new....since I asked for garlic bread and she said they didn't have any.....but later in chatting with the owner, he said they had them, but somehow were omitted off the menu. I know other Yelper's said he was rude.....but he wasn't with us. If in the area again, I would go back. They do a HUGE take out business......and have a place to eat in. read more

The crust was nice and thick like I like it. The sauce was flavorful and delicious. The bread sticks were the same dough as the pizza crust. Overall we liked it and for a pizza place in the desert town of Mesquite, NV it was a welcome meal. We only ordered a pizza with two toppings and it was a little slum on portion of toppings but it was still good. A specialty with many toppings would probably not notice. I frequent Bella's at least once a week...service is great and the food is delicious; love the pizza and the crust....there is a variety of subs to choose from and they are very very good..This is the only restaurant in town where you can find a "real" sub. .am usually there during the lunch time and they have lunch specials, too, and the price is right. I have been there at dinnertime,also.. I have not complained once....some people complain over nothing...go to Bella's and try it out...I understand it could be busier Thurs,Fri and Sat nights.....I will continue to go to Bella's on Riverside.... read more

What can I say about this place? BEST PIZZA EVER. Yes they take a while but totally worth it! Sometimes it does come out a bit burned on some sides but that's due to their amazing brick oven! We are in Mesquite, so the choices are few... It's 2 stars in real life, but 3 for Mesquite. The Crust is very good, 4-star crust, crisp on the bottom and chewy. However, the toppings, including the cheese and sauce, was so stingy, it brings down the stars to 2. You shouldn't be able to see any dough bottom on the triangle part of the slice and unfortunately, much of our pizza was uncovered, yearning for a cheesy blankie of yumminess. It's a good alternative to the casino-eateries and if they stepped up their game by primping up the tasty crust and gussying up the atmosphere, they would have a gem on their hands. read more

In from out of town. This place came recommended. The service is horrible and the food is even worse. I asked what the spicy fries are seasoned with. The waitress had no clue. The cook said "it's spicy". It came loaded with hot sauce. Fries not even cooked. Meatballs were peppery and the sub was loose and fell apart when picked up. The one big plus is the iced tea.
