This cost was rolled into the alterations I had requested. My wedding was in October, I called in Feb for an appointment. I had about 6 appointment's with Olga. Each one was timed perfectly, never did I feel rushed. I received SO many compliments on my dress. The store is small but big enough for everyone. Thank you so much Olga for everything. I went to pick them up on the Saturday they were supposed to be ready and was told they needed 30 more minutes. I got my hair done and came back a couple hours later and still had to wait another 30 minutes. I also noticed other patrons coming and going having the same experience. So I'll probably take my stuff there again but not worry too much if it takes longer than promised.

I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding, and I wanted it to fit perfectly. The dress was almost there but Tianna and Jeannette made it fit perfectly. They both are so experienced and have excellent eyes. When I tried my dress on after the adjustments, I thought it looked great. Jeannette came over and loosened the straps ever so slightly so the dress fell on my hips better and it made such a difference. I thought I had a good eye but And Sew On is the real deal. Asked that a series of weights be sewn into curtain hems. They put in two, saying I didnt need any more. They displaced the pin marking the length on one set at the counter, making a guess necessary. They completely screwed up the tension rod panels which were each supposed to be 50" long and 18" wide. They made two panels 100" long, 9" wide. Then because they had messed up, I had to go to 48" which would just barely work. But they made one side of each panel 47" making them both lopsided and useless. Don't waste your hard earned money. These people either don't know what they're doing or don't care.

I dropped off several items to the Quaker Meetinghouse location including my husbands newly purchased and tailored suit December 5th 2017. When I picked up my dry cleaning all appeared to be well as I have always experienced great service. When I took apart the bundle I noticed my husbands suit was not there but a suit with the same color and designer was in its place. Along with a white dress shirt that did not belong to us. I immediately brought the suit and shirt back to the cleaners and stated this was not mine and I was missing a navy blue thin pinstriped suit. The lady at the desk stated that she had tagged in my order herself and there was no possible way that there could be a mistake. The suit I received was in fact navy blue however completely wrong size and was not pinstriped. The lady told me to contact the manager and provided me with his number. I called explained my situation. Nathan Watson told me he would make this a priority and get back to me. I did not hear from him. I had to leave five messages before getting him on the phone where he informed me that they could not locate my suit and that someone had claimed the suit I had gotten by mistake. He instructed me to go to a store location and file a claim which I did on April 23rd of 2018. I provided my credit card receipt for the suit showing when and where it was purchased and how much it cost. On May 23rd I called and asked for a status report on my claim and spoke with Mike who knew about the situation but still had to call me back once he was up to speed. When he called me back I was extremely surprised to hear that this had to be investigated. I thought this was already done. I was told this situation has never happened and the clothes that come into the store are throughly tagged. They would need to cross reference any other customers that dropped a suit that day. Again I was told by Nathan this was done already. I asked if he could check his other locations for my suit I was then told that was impossible my suit would have gone to another location as the clothes are tagged before leaving the store. So now almost 6 months later I'm back at the starting point. I am looking for resolution not problems. Either my suit or the money to replace it. I did all they have asked of me. I have had to repeatedly call them when they state they will get back to me. They have 7 locations how hard can it be to check if my suit mistakenly went to another location or replace it? I'm not trying to be a jerk but this is now almost June! What if this were a wedding dress???
