I came in for a removal of my gel x nails. It took about an hour for the removal, my skin was constantly getting sanded off on accident and I was left with the thinnest nails I've ever had. All my nails have uneven dents in them from the heavy sanding. I'm so heartbroken.. left the place crying . My nails have never felt this way after a removal. Not only did he's over sand the top layer of my nail, but he also went in with the sanding bit underneath my nail, which made it even thinner! Leftover glue stuck to my fingers...

I have been a long-time customer, and I left so disappointed. I am not one to make a scene, so I paid and left. Today, I got a nail dip and a pedicure. I've never seen the woman who did my nails before, and I didn't get her name. I will never let her touch my nails again. She was sloppy and injured me a couple of times with the drill. She tried to blame the poor guy doing my pedicure, but it wasn't his fault. All of my nails are shaped differently, and I was left with product all over my skin that I had to scrape off. The dip is so far away from my nail bed that it looks like I need a fill already. What a waste of money. My pedicure was excellent. Brian did a great job, and the foot massage was amazing.

Ridiculously high for no reason and nails were not even done right 250 is absolutely ridiculous for two kids and one adult NEVER AGAIN hidden fees

I always go to Doan (Dawn), and she is consistent with her fills and gives one of best pedicures I have ever had. Doan takes her time with my pedicure and is always very thorough. The spa has a nice, calm and relaxing ambiance. They have wine in a display case at the front, but I have never been offered wine. It would be a nice gesture, to add to the relaxing environment and experience.

Every time I go they never disappoint with my nails! They're such nice people, their service is amazing, and the salon is always so nice and clean. I had gotten my nails done here multiple times and I will continue to go. This was the nail set i've last gotten, unfortunately one of the gems did fall off which I suspected, came back to see if they could fix it and the guy who had helped me did it no problem, I offered to tip him for it but he said "no, its okay" and just smiled. 10/10 recommend!

The staff is super friendly here. It's extremely clean. They play soothing music and it isn't loud. All the techs are very good at what they do. Kevin always makes sure I leave happy

Went there for the first time today and I did not regret it. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The place is spacious, not suffocating (which i like), clean and the ventilation inside is great it doesn't have that strong smell of chemicals. They did very well with the nail designs that I requested. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service. Will surely comeback.

i called beforehand the women who answered was so nice and calm. i entered my information and they played music for my birthday. short wait !! i loved my nails the man who did them was nice and accommodating towards me and i very much so appreciated that . my nails are beautiful i couldn't have asked for a better place and environment. i will definitely be returning

Paint already chipping.. not even a day later

The same day my nails started chipping. Not only that the lengths are not even, some longer than the other and they are lumpy.. never going there again

all these pictures are my hand and picture three it was my nails that I've got done in another place and for my 16th birthday I would like the same exact nails cause I think that it looks nice on me and when I went to the store, I asked if they could do it they said yes and it's gonna cost around 120 bucks and I was fine with that and I asked like how similar it would be. They said about 90% similar than when I was doing it I asked to change the color three times because the color match was really off and then when he was trying to draw the middle finger and picture too, I asked to draw it lower as you can see in the photo it's lower down and not as high up like a French tip, but the guy couldn't speak English at all no one there could help and the guy to start getting frustrated and started screaming at me and said how he had no time and how I changed the colors too many times and the colors I asked to change was already in front of me he didn't have to get up to get the colors I told him to draw the line downwards towards me more down towards the middle of the finger, but he just wouldn't change it and kept on drawing it as a french tip but he just wouldn't change screaming at a 15-year-old is crazy and the fact how he blamed it on me on how I had kept changing the choice on my colors. when I told him to change the design as you can see on both of my hands, they look nothing like the photo in picture. One he kept on saying how he can't do exactly the same, but I know that they told me at the start that they could re-create it around 90% similar, but this is way too off and I tried to tell him, but he would just not listen. At the start when he was removing my nails, I told him that it hurts because the filer was going too fast and my nail was hot. He ignored me. He started applying a gel base for a structure. He did it and forgot to get rid of my dead cuticles at the start and he applied the gels on my cuticles when I ask him questions, he would ignore me. I asked if he's gonna remove my cuticles because I want this nail to last longer, he had ignored me, and then after finishing up with the gel base structure, he was removing my cuticles, but in a really painful way he kept on pressing my cuticles to separate the gel in my cuticles as he applied it on the wrong spot. I told him that it hurts, but he would just ignore me and kept on going. If I could read this place a zero I would definitely rate a zero out of five. I have never had such a worst experience, especially on how important this nail meant to me. Before going to the nail salon, I had searched up on the reviews and the types of nails is done. I have seen them do similar nails, but they did it way more better so I don't get why they just couldn't get this right. also, if he couldn't do it, he could've swapped persons instead of speaking Vietnamese and saying bad words and bad stuff about me as if I couldn't understand if he couldn't do it. He should've just told me at the start and I would've just changed my design, but he told me that he was able to do it and get it almost the same around 90%. I paid 65 bucks on this piece of crap and also wasted three hours. He didn't know how to do nails at all when he was trying to make the flower he's the wrong type of gel and then he got so frustrated that he took around 30 minutes, not even been able to make a finished product of a flower. When he yelled at me, he had also threatened me by asking if I like the white line drawn on my middle finger while holding a nail remover and cleaning up everything saying that he can't do anymore. After starting the conflict, no one even bothered to come and help out or offer help. Everyone just watched, including the owner of this business. I really disappointed and honestly, the example nails, you guys have up on here. I really think that you guys aren't even able to do half of that quality

Was visiting family and Bella was recommended by my sister-in-law. Called and was able to get an appt in just a couple hours. Very clean salon. Nice ambiance. Great thorough work by man who did my pedi and the woman who did the mani. Pedi was $30, +$15 for gel. Gel mani was $30. Will visit again next time I'm in town. Thank you! read more

This place was really disappointing. Their color selection was very minimal and if they did have a color it was already out. The salon is clean, was easy to get an appointment. I had asked for a French tip and came out with popsicles of French tips. When I asked to fix it they only had the next day available. I came in, saw a different tech and she completely ruined my natural nails. She used the machine to file them down so thin and brittle it hurt I wish I took an after photo, my nails all broke that same week. read more

Decided to try the salon because my normal one did not have an opening until Thursday. Needless to say this is my new salon. They did a FANTASTIC job. Made me feel very welcomed and were so polite. My nails were pretty bad and I am so glad they took their time and made them look absolutely gorgeous. I have a concert to go to Thursday night and I didn't think they would be able to do the design I wanted. Of course, they surprised me and were able to do it. I have already booked my next appointment with them in 2 weeks for a fill & pedicure. So happy I decided to try this place. read more

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. They talk about you behind your back, they rush you out the door and they over charge you and don't offer refunds when they do poor jobs. I went there and got a gel fill and gel pedicure and my gel started to peel and bubble and lift, not even an hour later on both my hands and feet. I have attached photos of it all. Never in my life have I had this happen or seen this. It's getting stuck on stuff and is just awful and when I wrote a bad review they reached out to me and offered to fix it. Why would I come back when this happened the first time or my next time is free. They won't give you money back, have to report as fraud because it pretty much is. They say I'm not the owner then why did you reach out to me, because the owner gave you my info and asked you to but yet you quote me the policy and can't spell my name right then suddenly do. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

My mother in law and I we were looking for nail salons and found Bella Nails and Spa. It's located in the same shopping center as John's Incredible Pizza and right next to Phenix Salon and other shops. I had called prior to see if they had availability. Walking into the salon, we were greeted and checked into a tablet. The salon looked clean, organized, and we saw that there were signs for a mini facial and eyebrows. They had calming piano music which was nice. My mother in law got a full acrylic set with french tip and I got a full set dip nails. I showed Doan, my nail tech the design I was going for and she was able to help me. I honestly couldn't decided which color(s) to pick, Doan was helpful to show me the colors that are available and was patient with my decision making. I chose the colors I wanted and Doan worked on my nails. One of the colors that I picked looked too light that it didn't show on my base color. Doan was flexible and accommodating as I chose another color. I appreciate her creativity and flexibility to work with me and I am happy with the results. I will be coming back again soon. read more

If you're looking for a nail spa, that will respect your time come here. I recommend ALWAYS making an appointment, and you will be serviced at that time. Bonnie's pedicures are out of this world and the new owner really put a nice touch to the shop with a bar and some skin care additions. The service is always great and they really do care to add the next touch of care to your treatment. They even did a special birthday cupcake and wine mini party for my birthday when booked ahead of Time, free of charge! Really made me feel special. read more

Honestly this is the best nail salon I've been to in a long time! I called ahead and asked if we could come in at 6:30, she told me they stop taking customers at 6 but she can make an exception for us since we only wanted pedicures. The service was amazing!! They did not rush and they both did an amazing job. We had Lisa and Annie do our pedicures and they were both so sweet! My new go to place. I recently moved near the area and needed to find a new salon. I called before and asked if they accept walk ins and they do! I got a gel pedicure and full set with gel polish as well. They were careful and took their time, I was so comfortable I was almost falling asleep. I did ombre color but it turned out like french tips. It's so ugly that even the technician said it in Vietnamese. She didn't know I could understand her. She did offer to change the color for me but I didn't have time to do it. It took 2 hours to do manicure and pedicure. Even the flower she drew on my toes are ugly too. It costs $80 total and i got the ugliest nails ever. read more

Got my nails done by Trina. I can honestly say it's hard to find someone who doesn't leave your nails lookin like chiclets. The reviews on yelp don't give enough credit to the great techs at Bella nails. She pays attention to detail and she's sweet. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to. read more

Went in for my first time to get a pedicure and will definitely be coming back to this place. It is really clean and nice. The four workers that were working today were all really kind. Prices are inexpensive and you get your money's worth here. The lady that did my toes talked super low but was really sweet, I asked her name but i couldn't understand her because she talked so low and i didn't want to ask her to say it again for the fourth time but i believe she said "Raynessa". Not sure but she's really sweet and I loved my Her name is Vanessa, I finally figured it out. read more

Pro: This is my first time coming here, I'm hoping to find a nail salon I can go to regularly. Anyways a week and a half ago, I had slammed a car door on my right thumb nail just below my nail bed, and was a bit hesitant coming in to get my nails done. I love how my nail technician (forgot to ask for her name) made sure to be careful applying the acrylic a few centimeters away from where I injured my thumb. Nothing hurts (I allowed my thumb to heal as best as it could before coming in) and getting my nails made my hands look cute again, the incident left me wearing bandages almost the whole week, was not fun at all. She was kind, asked if anything hurt and if so to let her know. We had good conversations here and there (and I usually never talk while getting my nails done). Con: I wish I went longer and as I look a bit closer my pinky nail isn't shaped the way I would like. I have small nails and nail beds but I believe on some fingers the nail was over shaped and appears so much thinner than it should be. I believe if the nails were longer it would even out the look of my fingers. I like my nails but I might go back in to get the shape and length changed. I'm not sure yet, just be aware when you come here be specific and make sure you like the shape before acrylic is applied. read more

I thought I would try this shop today for the first time . I had a wonderful pedicure experience but I was overcharged is there an appointment fee?... also I was not happy with my ombré full set at all. Also I got my pedicure and was still in the shop another 45 min or so until my nails we finished , and the polish on my toe nail still came off when I left. The staff was very friendly! Ken did an amazing job with my nails. He did exactly as I asked him. I was soo happy to finally find someone who can do desgins. Love Ken he always does such an amazing job. I feel that it completely made up for any lack of communication and cant thank them enough. In this day and age where it's like pulling teeth to get a business to correct errors, it is refreshing to come across one that goes out of their way for their clients. They have earned my future business for sure.

As I sat and waited for my eyelash tech, although I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early, I had to wait, as I sat there and witnessed the interactions when non-blacks who entered, compared to when blacks entered. She had a stern tone with the black patrons and a cheerful happy greeting when non-blacks entered, when a non-black person asked her a question her answers were pleasant and engaging, when blacks ask her a question in regards to the Services her reply was given with an attitude, as if they should've known the answer to the questions they were asking her. She talked at them and not to them and yes, she was so rude to one of the mothers that was sitting in the pedicure chair she asked for her manager , her reply was I am the manager .. "if that was my mom that she was talking to like that it would have been an unforgettable day for her". I let my Eyelash tech know that she was rude condescending and should not be in the role of a supervisor or manager with that type of attitude and tone towards anyone and especially Black people who make up 85% who patronize these type of services. My eyelash tech is awesome.

Came in on a Friday morning right when they opened for an impromptu gel mani/pedi. No wait to get serviced but quality of work and products could use improvement. My gel mani/pedis usually last 2+weeks or until I get them redone. With this place I had a polish chip on my right index finger later that same day and then another chip on my left thumb a day later. I don't live in the area so I wasn't going to go there just to get it fixed and waste a half hour of my time. My pedicure was alright. The lady who did them did the luxury pedi (I think) when all I wanted was the express. So It ended up being $40. The miscommunication was due to a language barrier but thats to be expected at nail shops I guess. Waste of my time and $65 + tip. Had to get another gel mani/pedi at my usual spot 3 days later. read more

admittedly: i am not a frequenter of nail salons, but that is not to say i've never been. i've had a few pedicures though and this one was right up there. my feet feel so soft and silky now. My wife said they look clean and smooth. I found the employees to be very pleasant and competent. i also learned that my left foot is more ticklish than my right. the water was a little warmer than i'm used to so i had to fight the urge to pee for a while, but I digress. the chairs were in an outward facing semicircle so it's either private and personal or too far away from the people you came with, depending on what you are looking for. the price seemed fair to me, which is to say that it wasn't more than i expected to pay. My daughter and I were here earlier this evening. She had a wonderfully pampered time soaking her feet and picking out pink and purple glittery polishes. The lady doing her nails was very sweet and even drew a heart design. Lisa did my pedicure and she is amazing, one of the best pedis I have ever gotten!! I sprung for the pedi #3 with the extra callous removal and massage and the whole experience was to die for. After the luxurious foot scrubbing, she massaged my legs/calves with a body scrub, then to top it off the lotion was heated for the leg/foot/calf massage of a lifetime.
