Well I have tried several times to give this place a chance. I like that they always have spots available and its pretty clean. I don't recommend this place because Every time I have called to make an appointment I still end up with the same person who doesn't know how to do nails. Nancy has cut me twice on two separate visits and the last one was so bad I could barely walk for 2 days (if you are a diabetic stay away from this place). No matter how hard I try to have someone else do my nails I always end up with her. It's a shame because I did try to see if they would come correct with the issues that I pointed out to them. Not going back again and I won't recommend it to anyone. read more

The lady who did my nails was Charlie, and she is such a perfectionist! I love my nails, & these are exactly what I asked for. I found this place on yelp, with great reviews and I brought my mom, and my aunt to come try this place with me. I'll be coming here a lot more often ! The shape is perfect, the nail art is flawless, I love it!!!! Thank you guys so much!! read more

Bad customer service. I made a appointment and they had me waiting for 40 minutes. Very unprofessional.

Lana is amazing! I've gone to her twice now and she always exceeds my expectations! Being a hairstylist I'm always afraid of lifting but they lasted for 3+ weeks! My new nail spot for sure read more

Place said they weren't busy so my friend and I went and both waited 40mins just for the last to use the same tools on us both. Nasty and unsanitary will not come back here they had people who had appointments walk out because they took so long read more

The great customer service is what got them 3 stars. I came here from out of town for thanksgiving break and needed a pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was very mediocre, not the best paint job either. My manicure was decent, $28 is a little pricy to what I'm use to ($25) especially for a basic gel. Sadly after 2 days my ring finger has already cracked on the polish. Has never happened to me before, I probably wouldn't get a manicure here again. If I'm in the area I might give the pedicure another try. They are a little rough with the massaging and the cleaning around your nails. read more

The people here are so rude. They are the classic "oh, the wait is just 5 mins..." half an hour later...tick tock, tick, tock. Just tell someone that the wait is half an hour so they can adjust plans. Can you give minus stars?!?! read more

Initially I was super happy with my gel manicure. The polish was perfectly applied, and I loved the color. My problem is, the polish started peeling 5 days later. it's been 1 week since I got my nails done and they look awful. I paid $38 for my manicure to look nice for 5 days. I wish I could give this place no stars. The workers are incredibly rude and their work is extremely mediocre. I came in for a fill from a set I got done back home and she had to fix one of my nails because it was broken but when she put the nail on it was so curved and pointed down and when I told her I didn't like it she pretty much blamed me for having a broken nail. She continued to be SO rude so after I left I had to scrape polish off of my skin and dig SO much acrylic out from underneath my nails. I contacted the owner because of my terrible experience and she told me that she would fix my nails, we even set a time when she could fix it. when I showed up, the owner wasn't there so the worker called her and she told me that someone else would be doing my nails. Now that someone else redid it, my nails are even more pointed down, the gold she put on it is still very bumpy and it just doesn't look good. It looks like I have a claw. The nail is too thin but too wide. She also completely dried out my fingers because she pretty much soaked them in acetone. Don't waste your money here. Just a quick update. Went back to fix my nail that ALREADY broke after 5 hours of wear and was given SO much attitude when asked for a refund. From the point we walked in, all of the other nail techs were giving me dirty looks and speaking in their native tongue to themselves. These people are incredibly rude. If she would've been nice to me when I went in, I could've taken my bad review down but as of now these people can go to hell. Telling me that "breaking a nail is normal" is unacceptable when it's only been 5 hours. Get better custom service. read more

I took a friend's recommendation and tried Bella's Nail and Brow in RSD. I called and the lady that answered the phone said they opened at 9 so I made an appointment 1st thing for me and my sister. We showed up at 845 and the place was already packed. It was irritating but I wanted to give them a shot so we stayed. The wait was annoying but about 925 i was finally seated. I picked the super treatment which included a organic lemon water foot bath, callous removal, lavender sugar scrub, hot rock leg rub, clay mask and paraffin dip. IT WAS AMAZING! We met Cindy the manager and she discounted the service for us because we had to wait. The time Lily spent with was well worth the money. Any other spa may have charged double for the amount of time that was spent and the expert work that was done. I believe I've found my new "go to" place! read more

I honestly don't think I've ever had worse nails done and for the price I paid I'm quite shocked. I wasn't going to leave a review because the girls who did my nails were very sweet, but how is it that my toe nail polish had only lasted 3 days and now at day 7 almost all of it has chipped off?? Also one of my acrylic nails popped off this morning while I was showering and washing my hair. I left the salon with almost every finger nicked and bleeding as well. This place is an overall YIKES. read more

This place is amazing! Julie worked on my nails, got a gel rose gold chrome color on and I absolutely love it! The ladies are so nice here, and they love talking to you or giving you time to relax. Chose to come here based on the Yelp reviews about Cindy. The salon has 4 nail stations, 7-8 pedi chairs, waxing room. Very modern decor for the most part and it feels pretty relaxing. It has only been open for 8 months but looking to expand with more nail stations which will be nice! I called to make sure Cindy was available and she got me in right away which was awesome. I told her exactly what I wanted (fill with glitter powder/coffin shape) and she did AMAZING! My new go-to nail salon for sure. She did not cut me which was so nice, ha! I also got my brows done by Cindy and she did great as expected. Price was I got w acrylic fill with glitter powder and my brows done which came out to $40. 5 stars definitely will return! read more

Worst experience and place I have ever gone to to get my nails done! I wish I didn't even pay for the fill I got. My nails look horrible and shaped so sloppy. The nail paint isn't even solid it has bumps and strips of missing sections. Save your time and your money I wish I did! I also specifically asked for Cindy to do them and they didn't even answer me when I asked for her or why I couldn't have her! read more

My nails always always break when I come here. So last time I came I asked to make them more durable. My nails were lumpy and an ugly coffin shape... actually they were pretty square. It's upsetting because the ladies who work here are dolls but the quality is trash for what I pay. I literally spend 70-80 every time I come. Fills are no cheaper than the full set. And I tip my girls $5 every time. 100 a trip here not worth it anymore. read more

The owner/manager said to send her the transaction from my bank account. I had a horrible experience. First the so called certified technician filed the skin off my toe. I managed to get through that, but then 3 days later I have ingrown nails hurting me. I don't like to complain. However, I'm obviously going to have to have them fixed ASAP. I have reached out several times and i have yet to get a response. It has been over 24 hours. They can do better. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. read more

This is a new nail salon in the neighborhood and I LOVE it. They are super clean! They also take their time on your nails too. It's all about the experience of getting your nails done here. They don't rush you out like every typical nail salon you walk into that literally feels like a factory. You walk in, it's calm, relaxing and they do such great job. Cindy is the owner is she is so so nice. She is funny and really gets to know her customers and their needs. Called two hours before my appointment for a fill with gel polish and pedicure and they had availability. Based off the reviews I decided to go with Cindy. I will say her work is great but nothing that I haven't had before. Once it was time for my pedicure they put rose petals and lemon slices in the water and was asked what pedicure I want in which I replied "the $21 the most basic one" the lady kept saying "the $26 one?" 3x before I kindly said "no the most basic one, the $21 one". They were able to do my nails and toes at the same time. I went with a friend who I would talk to from time to time and at one point Cindy said "pay attention" when I wasn't using my hands to talk. There was also a time she assisted my hand in the uv light and said "what did you do?" I was confused because I didn't do anything. Did not appreciate being talked AT instead of spoken to. Cindy appeared to have an attitude with me during my service. After my pedi was finished I asked the lady to do one more coat because it was un even, my middle right toe didn't even have polish in certain parts. When I mentioned it to her she said she didn't understand what I was saying and had someone finish the job. Overall my friend and I felt uncomfortable and will not be returning, it's not just about what you do but it's about the experience you provide as well. read more

This place is very cute and everyone is very nice. I got a basic pedi and gel mani which they were able to do at the same time since it wasn't busy when we came in and my friend had a pedicure. My pedicure was amazing and I have zero complaints. The reason for low stars is on my mani. The girl cut me twice to the point of bleeding and just left the dried blood there while she continued to paint my nails. Ew. And now looking at my cuticles a few days later... She didn't even do a great job cleaning them up. Also needed an extra coat on the black polish. She left my nails a little streaky. Not worth the price for the mani but both pedis were awesome!!! Update: Received a very prompt message from the owner who immediately offered to redo my manicure. She fit me in as soon as I walked in and was so attentive. Really appreciate the service I received and will be a regular customer here. Thanks Cindy! read more

No social distancing implemented at all, she is working inside with MULTIPLE people in there at a time. I ask if there's a wait cause I thought I had an appointment she tells me they're almost done then will start me. So she sits me down in a spa chair and has my feet soaking for 30 MINUTES. I got up and walked out. Totally unacceptable I came to spend a lot of money I was there at 330 on the dot and she lied so that she wouldn't loose a client. Picked this spot based on reviews, and WOW, really disappointed. The lack of attention to detail is really infuriating on top of not being entirely sure that they are using CLEAN or NEW tools...of course, I asked after witnessing the last girl leave with no change of tools, but I was assured by the lady they were clean. Still not sure. My nails look like they were done in a hurry, which they were. I could've done these better myself and saved $30... read more
