I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Annie Liu, but when I arrived, no one told me she wasn't in the office. Instead, another doctor saw me, briefly introduced himself, asked if I needed a medication refill, and never examined the infected area I came in for. When I asked if he was going to check whether it had improved or worsened, he simply said "no" and left the room. Poor billing practices, poor communication, and poor patient care.
