I came to see Nour in the Pasadena office for fillers because she had done my Botox in the past and I loved the results. I am two months post op, and I am ecstatic with my results. I can't thank Dr Rogers enough!!! I had multiple procedures performed at the time: my surgery included a brow lift, a deviated septum/turbunates rhinoplasty, platysmalplasty, breast reduction and lift and, a scar revision to my abdomen and upper arms. surgery was a revision to the many scars in my abdomen and arms etc which was result of a botched surgery three years ago. I had deep internal scars in my stomach that left my stomach with large bumps. last few years, I have been on a mission to leave this behind me. several doctors and many laser procedures later, I was ready to throw my hands up. I was highly recommended to Dr Rogers by a health care practitioner. She said that he was one of the best she had seen. Dr. Rogers is one of the nicest people I've ever met. His staff is amazing, and his office, and surgery center are state of the art. Dr. Rogers took one look at me and immediately made me feel that I was in the right place. He is confident and has a keen eye for beauty. With his expertise, we had a great discussion and formulated a plan together. I walked out of his office elated, and relieved that we were on the same page! Dr Rogers is very patient and he takes his time to really listen! The morning of the surgery we went over the procedure, he drew the lines and to my surprise I didn't feel nervous at all. He explained everything he planned to do. This was a long procedure. After my surgery he had a concierge nurse stay with me for a while to check on my drainages. The next day she came to visit again. Dr. Rogers is very thorough and goes above and beyond. He is exactly what I was looking for as a surgical Doctor. My results are fantastic! I am sooo happy with the new me!! I look refreshed and like myself 15 years ago. I feel confident knowing I can finally go back to wearing my short sleeves blouses and bikinis that I used to wear before my first surgery. This review is for nurse Noura. I literally cannot say enough good things about her. I have seen her twice now and since I am SO not used to having to be on time anywhere since the pandemic began it appears I've forgotten how! Noura was so patient about this but I assured her I would be on time in the future! Noura made me feel right at home. She is so kind, gentle, professional and really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I first went for the Vi facial peel which was my very first peel. I loved the results. It evened out my skin tone a lot and my retin-a is much more penetrating and effective now. I then saw Noura for facial fillers. I originally only intended to go for my tear trough/under eye. I had kind of high demands in that I was really only unhappy w how the outer portion of my lower eye looked (I kind of like the rock n roll look of a slightly sunken/dark inner under eye). I also apparently had much more hollowing under my right eye. Noura had to use a special needle (I forget what it's called) because my right under eye was very vascular. Whatever it was, it seemed difficult and requiring of some serious skill! This is my favorite part though - Noura explained to me I would have a lot left in my single syringe and could essentially fill my face ANYWHERE I WANT! I was like what?! I feel like a kid in a candy store! She pointed out all these different areas of my face I could fill that I didn't even know were possible. Noura suggested my chin which is something that has always bothered me so we did a little there in addition to my under eye. I still had so much left! I really didn't know where else I wanted it to go but not to worry - Noura explained to me I have a couple weeks or up to three months to decide (when the filler expires). I'm so pleased about this option because I just decided I'm going to do the hollows to the left and right of my chin - which was the first location Noura suggested. I didn't even know that was an option for fillers but totally see how that will help cover up some of my biggest facial aging problem areas so far (droopy cheeks/jowl type thing). The place I go for Botox told me I should get TWO syringes for my under eyes!!! Noura used barely any from just one syringe for both eyes! I've also had fillers done twice in the past (cheek bones and under eye) and never before was I offered leftover filler to place anywhere else in my face nor was I given the option of any leftover filler at all! I've also never had nearly as close to as good results before which makes me wonder what the other (well reputed) locations are putting in their syringes! I found Dr Rogers through a friend when I was considering a preventative mastectomy because I'm at high risk for breast cancer. I've since decided to go with surveillance but after 14 PS consults, I knew that if I do ever have to go through any kind of breast reconstructive surgery, Dr Rogers would be my guy. Also for being such a fancy Beverly Hills PS I was very surprised when I found out the office would not double bill me outside my insurance. This is shocking - I don't know any other private PS offering this. Is Dr Rogers really that good of a man as well as a masterful artist who brings other masterful artists onto his team? Amazing! I just can't say enough how happy I am that I decided to go with a plastic surgery office for my facial fillers. I just wouldn't mess around with anything but the best for something like this especially because the under eye area can be somewhat complex from what I hear. Did I mention I didn't have an ounce of bruising? I really wanted something NOT obvious. I'm not trying to look like I have shit done to my face. I want to look natural. I'm also 41. Dr Rogers looks like a very good Doctor who stays on top of his game with new technology and seems very passionate about his work he enjoys. However, the people who work for him needs to learn better customer service. You can't ask any questions without a $400.00 consult fee to make a determination if what your looking for is a procedure that is performed and then is it affordable. This girl is a manager I understand and claims she does not know anything without Dr Rogers doing a consult because she is not medically trained. I clearly understand everyone may require different techniques, the inability to answer any questions without a $400.00 consult is just to much to just pay out if Dr Rogers fees are out of your league from the start. What is paying $400.00 dollars for if at the start the overall cost may not be realistic for your pocket book? Bianca literally hung up on me when I tried to determine if I could even afford Dr Rogers services. Perhaps, Dr Rogers is targeting a certain clientele and I just may not be who he targets for patients worth his time. I don't mind paying for quality but at least provide some information. Incredible Breast Reconstruction/Plastic Surgery + Aesthetic Services I have been seeing Dr. Rogers out of his Pasadena office for over a year. I am thoroughly happy with the results of my breast reconstruction (after second diagnosis of breast cancer at age 46) and other related surgeries (see below) AND I have been thoroughly happy with the service and care provided by Dr. Rogers and his entire staff. You don't know me, but I'm HIGHLY critical of medical care/customer service, etc. I mean, I make a mental note of bad customer service when the cashier at Vons is having a personal conversation with another cashier and I feel left out as the customer. I was just born this way. So, when I say that Dr. Rogers' medical practice is superb, you should believe it. But let me provide some examples: Prologue: It was upsetting, to say the least, when I found out I'd gotten breast cancer for the second time. I wanted a bilateral mastectomy and was given the names of two plastic surgeons by my breast surgeon. I did research on the Internet before I went and was pretty hopeful about the different procedures I could have. Then I met with the first plastic surgeon, who shall remain nameless, and it was horrible. He didn't listen to me and told me he couldn't do any of the things I wanted to do (fat flap transfer from belly, save my nipples) and that my only choice was implants. He told me that fat flap transfer surgery took too long (for who?)! His assistant tried to "book" my surgery before I'd even met with the doctor! Fortunately, my appointment with Dr. Rogers was just a few hours later ... night and day!! I met with Valerie Freeman, the Physician's Assistant, for a long time discussing all the different options. They could do fat flap transfer including a tummy tuck and save my nipples (but no guarantee). There was no pressure to make a decision. Then I met with Dr. Rogers. I was astounded that the fat flap transfer/tummy tuck surgery would take 8-10 hours and Dr. Rogers didn't flinch. That's a day of his life! Needless to say, I decided to go with Dr. Rogers. Many women choose to go with breast implants because it's fewer surgeries and shorter recovery. I wanted the fat flap transfer because I wanted natural tissue and a flatter tummy. Based on my experience with Dr. Rogers, you will get incredible results with whatever breast reconstruction/augmentation method or other plastic surgery you choose. Dr. Rogers is very much the perfectionist ... which is what you want in your plastic surgeon. ALL of the staff at Dr. Rogers' office are wonderful - Valerie, Vail, Danielle, Carla, Darren, and others. They are professional and friendly. They are always responsive to my calls and emails regarding medication, insurance, or anything else. I never have had to wait; they are always on time. The results ... my niece said that my body looks like a 20-year-old's now! My breasts look WAY better than they did before and I was able to keep my nipples. My stomach is flat and my saddlebags are gone (fat transfer from thighs to breasts ... nice!) The second bout of breast cancer and my new and improved "features" motivated me to get healthier overall. So, I changed what I ate, started walking 10,000 steps a day, and increased my yoga and hiking activity. I'm a changed woman! Nice to have: The office is beautiful, well lit and clean. I feel like a "pampered pup" when I go for my appointments. AESTHETIC SERVICES: Once I completed my surgeries, I wanted to improve my skin - I have rosacea and acne. So, I've been seeing Dr. Rogers' aesthetic staff for two months now. Nora, the aesthetician, said that it would take 4-6 IPL laser treatments to improve my rosacea. I've had 3 so far and have seen improvement. I also have been following a custom skin care regime that Vail Herbert created for me. I've gotten great comments on my skin! Also, if you are a reconstruction patient, Dr. Rogers offers a discount on aesthetic services. Nice! In summary of this very long review, if you want high quality results and high quality care, Dr. Rogers and his staff are your best choice! read more

I had a Botox treatment for my jawline at Privet Aesthetics with Noura and I LOVED my result. I found Privet Aesthetics on Instagram and saw they had great photos and reviews online. The Botox treatment didn't really hurt like I thought it would. It took about 8 days for it to start working but I did notice that my jaw looked slimmer especially towards the back near my ears where it was widest. I would recommend this treatment and Privet Aesthetics to anyone interested in Botox. The office was beautiful! Everyone was very professional and I felt like they really cared about me and my result. What a wonderful experience. I have visited Dr. Rogers office twice now for Coolsculpting. The office is clean, modern, and inviting. The staff is super friendly, they always greeted me warmly and with my favorite cup of hot tea. The Coolsculpting procedure itself gave me a bit of anxiety, but the staff put my fears to rest. My first procedure I did 2 sessions of the Coolsculpting (2 on lower abs and 2 on mid abs). The machine wasn't very uncomfortable, but if you have a low pain tolerance I suggest some advil beforehand. It just feels like slightly cold pressure on your abdomen. After the session my frozen fat was massaged by hand, this was more painful than the procedure itself, but is the key to seeing good results. After this 1st visit I did bruise up a bit. 6 months later though, my results were awesome. The belly fat was definitely down and my skin tightened up significantly. By the time my results settled in, I was ready for another visit. I did the lower abdomen again. This time, the post-Coolsculpt massage was done with a special massaging machine. It was MUCH less painful than the massage by hand & I had almost NO bruising. My belly fat is pretty significant and no matter how hard I diet and workout it is always there, so this procedure has worked wonders in helping me fight my genetics. The staff at Dr. Rogers office have been incredible in making me feel comfortable and providing wonderful service. I have another procedure scheduled with them, and trust their skills. read more
