I have been going to see Michelle at Bella Faces for my eyelash extensions since last October 2016. She does amazing work! I love how personable she is and I think her work speaks for itself. I love how many compliments I get on my eyes/lashes now! I highly recommend Michelle. She is worth every penny. I also got my brows micro bladed with Michelle. I've been extremely happy with them. At my first session she drew in the shape and actually took what was uneven before I came to her and evened out my eyebrows. She gave me options of shades. She told me what she recommended based on my skin tone and I was able to choose the one I thought was best. I have been very pleased. At my touch up appointment I love them even more. I recommend the touch up appointment because it is included and it makes a huge difference on how long they last and the final outcome. I'm including a picture taken of my microblading touch up appointment with shading, which also shows my eyelash extensions that are a week and a half old. She gets booked way in advance so I highly recommend making your next appointment right away for however many weeks your lash cycle is. It was a last minute thing, but my husband suggested that I treat myself to get my makeup done before our family photo shoot. I told him I wasn't up for it but he said that with me being a new mom and not having any time to myself, I deserved it. I looked around and did some research and stumbled upon Michelle. I went to her site and decided to inquire about her services. She got back to me the same day and there and then I put a deposit and made my appointment. The day arrived and my daughter vomited all over her dress, my infant was grumpy and didn't want to eat, my husband forgot to get an outfit for my daughter, and my eyebrows were insane, so I was running very late. I called to tell her that I was running maybe 15 minutes late, it was more like 30 minutes! Michelle was very accommodating and understood. I calmed right down as soon as she started doing my makeup. She asked me if there was a look I was going for and I showed her a few photos. She got the makeup done perfectly! I was very happy with the results and the makeup lasted all day! No touch ups needed! I felt beautiful all day and even my husband couldn't stop raving about how great my makeup looks and told me I should do it more often. I'm definitely going to Michelle the next time I need an oomph to my look. read more

Michelle is friendly but her work is horrible. She does not measure your face. She does not draw them in before she begins her work to get the customer approval. She just "eye balls" it. My eyebrows are so uneven they don't even look like they belong on the same face! Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend Bella Faces for eyebrow micro blading. The ink is way to dark for my fair complexion and they are extremely uneven. Look at the pics and let them speak for themselves. Reply to your comment: First; there were no before and after pics taken. Second; I was given a mirror while laying down and swollen. Third; this was your touch up on your previous work and you completely changed the shape and color of my eyebrows. Why would I go back to you? You said you were going to use a different brown than before but assured me it wouldn't be to dark for me. I'm a natural blonde/red head, the color you used is almost black! I have gone to several professional permanent makeup artists that have said to correct the shape they would have to make them very thick. I am currently in the process of having them laser removed. If you'd like to fix your mistake and correct your horrible work you can pay for the removal treatments. read more

I really debated writing this review. I've never written a negative review but after much thought, I think it's the right thing to do. I went to Michelle for eyelash extensions and fills for nearly a year. As a person, I found her to be quite personable and enjoyed our conversations. I was always pleased when I left although I began to notice that I was losing significant clumps of lashes in a relatively short period of time. My fills were barely lasting two weeks and Michelle told me that it was my lash growth cycle. It was probably also the way I slept or maybe I was rubbing my eyes without realizing it. I accepted this, continued to tip extremely well, and reduced the time between appointments. I didn't complain. I wasn't the expert. Finally, 4 days after one particular fill, I lost half the lashes. My eyes looked awful with huge gaps in the center. It took a couple of attempts before I was able to get a response from Michelle, and she told me I would have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. There's no way way I could have walked around like that for three weeks. I did some research and found someone who was able to see me within a couple of days and fix the problem. I never went back. I am thrilled with the results and the service I have been getting from my new aesthetician. This is what I believe now. The reason my lashes were falling out in clumps is because they had been applied that way. I was paying for individual lash extensions but I was getting something else. I believe now that glue was being brushed across my lid and then lashes stuck on that way. When Michelle was doing my fills, I was never there more than 25-30 minutes. Now that my lashes are being done correctly, I realize that there's no way that 25-30 minutes was enough time to do them. I realize now that the "sticky" feeling I had everyday was from the lashes sticking to each other -again because the glue had been brushed across my lids. Obviously if the lashes are glued to each other, if one falls out, it will pull out others. The most disappointing thing for me was that despite the fact that I was a good customer who did not complain and tipped very well, when left in an untenable situation with holes in my lashes, Michelle chose to brush me off. The irony is, I would likely have paid for another fill - I just needed it fixed! However, not only was she unwilling to extend good customer service to a regular customer, she couldn't even manage to squeeze me in for a paying appointment. I do owe Michelle for one thing. All of this has ultimately directed me to the person I'm using now. She's amazing! Check my other reviews. read more

I first had Michelle apply a full set of eyelash extensions for my daughter's wedding in April 2013. I had them applied a couple weeks before the wedding date, just in case I had a reaction to the adhesive used (this was a nonissue). I had considered just applying false eyelashes, but didn't want to worry about them coming off at the wedding (with the tears I knew I would shed). I am so glad that I went with the extensions!
