While I have been fairly happy with the pretty natural pink color of my lips overall after that procedure, the previous Provider began the shading UNDER my lip line so there was no definition, no pop. For years I've had to use lipliner like a maniac to "bring the color up" to make a definitive lip line. Recently I tried to go back to that same Provider to do what I call a "correction"... basically color match and do permanent lip liner. I was told sorry, they would only do another FULL LIP shading, which I never wanted to subject myself to again, hours of intense pain with minimal numbing. SOOOOOOO... enter FRAN!!!!! She is the sweet, artistic, talented and elegant proprietor of Sweet Lines. When I contacted her and explained my desire for correction and definition of my lip line, she didn't hesitate! She didn't insist on full lip shading, she is an artist and SO knowledgeable and accommodating. She did an impromptu virtual consultation via FaceTime with me SAME DAY and showed that she was completely invested in making sure I got exactly what I wanted... she gave artistic suggestions but ultimately made sure I knew that HER goal was give me what I wanted. The procedure was the opposite of my prior savagely painful experience! She uses the best numbing agent and reapplies often. She was SO patient while I tried on colors and picked out the perfect shade to match my existing lip color, SO patient and professional and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. I chose Sabra because of her amazing before and after photos on social media and her prompt responses when I reached out to her. I was so impressed with Sabra's attention to detail as she mapped out my new brows. She really listened to me as I discussed my preferred brow shape and size. She had me approve the final design before going in with the pigment. Sabra made sure I was comfortable the entire time with calm music and a comfortable chair. She was very clear about the after care process and responded quickly when I had questions about 10 days post work. After my six week healing time, I went back for my touch up and Sabra did a marvelous job filling in some spots that had healed to a lighter shade.
