And, because I was a new client, I got the eyebrow service for free. All in all, my wax came to $7.50! The esthetician was very friendly and did a great job. I was comfortable throughout the service and will definitely come back to a European Wax Center again.

I appreciated that I was able to call the same day I got the appt because time was tight for us. Services* - luxury pedicures that were $49 each The 2 ladies who oversaw our services were very professional and friendly. They asked if we wanted gel polish but we went ahead with regular polish. Once done, we sat there to let it dry and once ready, we asked them for the salon slippers as we had flip flops with some straps that may have disturbed the polish job. The concerns I had were: - I didn't pay attention if they put a top coat on before they turned on a fan to dry my toes. From my experience, they typically put top coat after the color polish has dried so I'm unsure if my MIL & I received a top coat. - from the pictures, it looks like the lady who did my service didn't clean up around the toenail so there are some polish residues on my skin - services*: I wish they would've communicated in advance that it'll be additional charges to take gel polish off for my MIL. I don't mind paying for the service if it's on their site or menu but it took me by surprise. Overall, I was charged $114 and some change for 2 luxury pedicures ($49) and 1 gel polish removal ($16). I ended up tipping $10 each (so total with tip was $134). Also fyi - I paid with credit card so if there was a credit card fee, I was not told/aware. I really value the staffs friendliness and the salon is SO cute and clean. It truly felt like a relaxing spa while we got our nails done. I hope if you decide to try them out, you have a good experience

Tonight I visited for my usual brow treatment but also gave a 60 minute facial a try. It was amazing. I needed this relaxation for a while. Each step to the facial was so good, I didn't think it could get better but it did. My skin feels amazing and refreshed. Can't wait to book another! Her shop is cute, relaxing and super clean. When a treatment doesn't produce the expected results, the least a client should receive is a professional evaluation and a willingness to make things right, not excuses. On top of that, the receptionist consistently had a rude and dismissive attitude. She told me they would not provide any complimentary treatments, even though I never asked for one. All I wanted was to receive the service I had already paid for and have it done correctly. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something doesn't go as planned. They are friendly and make sure that you are well taken care of during your visit checking to make sure no ingrown hairs are left behind. I would normally rate this 5-stars if I only went to these two ladies. However, on my last visit, I was stuck with a new girl (a redhead, younger) that I had never seen before. I don't recall her name, but to call her a novice is accurate. Perhaps more training or apprenticeship is required for sugaring for her, but this was very uncomfortable. The amount of pulling, too hot sugar, and left behind hairs wasn't worth the cost. No clean-up provided and it was just all around awkward. The other issue is with re-booking. From a business standpoint, wouldn't you want your receptionist trained upon checking out a client to re-book the client for their next session. This never happens and I am always the one to initiate the re-booking. Due to this, I haven't gone back since August. A bad sugaring and no re-booking bothered me. I do love this business, just not all the time. Last year at Christmas time, each regular client got a mug which was a wonderful token for clients. If you go, see who you are scheduled with before you make the appointment.
