No problem, most owners who are comfortable in charging ahead stand by their work. My first visit, I thoroughly explained with photos to Jacqueline how I wanted them to look from, getting rid of old Charcoal Grey color and change the shape as well as thicken them up, she made it clear to me, that this was going to be a long process and sometimes with refilling old permanent cosmetic tattoo it is difficult to achieve Micro-Blading, however she could guarantee a better shape & color. I looked through pictures, observed the permanent make-up customers as I waited for my facials etc. I studied the situation with great hesitation! Eventually, I had a very thin eyeliner treatment and I loved it, wish I had been brave and done more at that time. My next big step were the eyebrows, again, I studied the situation, looked at others when I was out and about....many were scary and I knew I didn't want that look but again, I browsed through her book and noticed that many of the clients had gone to Michelle to be repaired.....she had blue, orange, green eyebrow pictures of before and then beautiful after pictures showing what Michelle had done. I finally convinced myself and guess what, I love my eyebrows, they are so natural and beautiful. I get compliments all the time. I can't say enough about Michelle and Ashley is the frosting on the cake...so calm, efficient, organized and professional. Drawing extra strokes under and above the left eye but not right. She laid me back and touched it up a bit but told me it just needed healing. Less then a week in I could tell it was healing uneven, I called in a panic and was still told it looked even and to give it more time. If it didn't look good to come back but it's another $75. Unfortunately they healed so bad that I have to over draw my right eye and fill it in. Was to scared to even go back so made an appointment with a new salon and will now stay with them!
