After lashes fell and completely unsatisfied I called to cancel after 3 weeks. They refused to cancel until AFTER another automatic CHARGE went through. Waiting for management to contact me. If they do not cancel and insist on taking another month of MY $$ for NO EXCHANGE of services, I WILL submit a claim to the BBB and demand a refund! There are plenty of lash techs to go to. Impossible to get out of a membership! I submitted a cancellation form back in May and then they told me that there would still be one payment. I submitted the paperwork and fulfilled my last credits that I had and I asked about an update on my cancellation and then they said that it was still being processed so to avoid any more payments they offered me to put me on a hold while my cancellation was still being processed. As of this morning. The payment was taken out again and now they can't find my cancelation form and they also don't allow refunds. It almost seems like a scam that keeps you coming back because it's impossible to get out of the membership. read more

I went for a lash lift. I was laying down all prepped with pads on my eyes. The lady working on my lashes started to search for supplies for about 15 minutes. She finally said she was not able to do the lash lift that day due to them not having all the supplies needed. There have been numerous issues before this. One being scheduling issue. I specifically made an appointment at Wyoming with a trainee to get the free service. Come to find out the appointment was made at the Westside location. I ended up getting in a paying full price, a discount was not offered or anything. Very disappointing and won't be going back. read more

We did a hybrid combination and I was so happy when I saw the finished product I almost cried. First time moms get wrapped up in taking care of baby 24/7.. and we forget ourselves. So I did my lash extensions here since they were offering free/model/practice lashes until they get their techs certified. It took 3 hours for a full set and 2 hours to fill and I must say that was disappointing. Not because it took long, I was patient because I understand that it's taking longer time since they are new at doing it but the result were not even satisfying. It was disappointing. I hear better feedback on lash lifts and tints and maybe I can give that a shot later. But for now let them practice more. This was a great looking salon. Clean with lots of potential. I hope they get the lash team down so clients are satisfied and will get a membership. But for the amount of money i will get charged it's not wrong to expect results. read more

I signed up on a whim to be a "lash model" for the company once they opened (Free lashes = heck yes!!!). I got a call some time later and scheduled my free appointment (came with the 2-week fill too)! Needless to say, I twas excited!! I got to there, checked in and was taken to one of the chair/table things. I LOVED that they had nice fluffy blankets to cover you with while you're getting your lashes done (very thoughtful) as well as under-knee support to help your back while lying down. They even wash your lash area with saline and were just all around very customer service oriented and thorough. That is why this sucks... the appointment took about two hours (normal for first set at a place) and I left feeling cool about the lashes. It was a very very basic set but it was free so yay!!! I'm not kidding you, not even three days later, half of my lashes were gone... and not in a cute way at all. They looked terrible and I was to wait until the two weeks for a fill!? Ahhhh! I actually put off going back to get my free fill because of the fill did the same thing, I didn't want to waste my time to go over there. I ended up returning to get the fill thinking maybe that tech didn't know what she was doing?! I got there for the fill and the lady who did my first set wasn't even employed there anymore. That made me feel like maybe she wasn't proficient as a lash tech and that's why mine sucked haha ... not the case. Even with the different tech, etc... my lashes were not staying where they are supposed to. And this is not a "user error" situation. I've gotten lashes done for over a year now and I know how to care for them and get them to last. I'm VERY glad that this was free and that I did NOT sign up for a monthly membership. Do NOT waste your money here. There are amazing lash techs all around town that'll get you what you pay for! This place is really lovely and the staff are very nice and informative. My tech talked me through every step of the process so I wasn't ever surprised. This is my reason for the 4 stars. I had lash lift, lash tint, eyebrow tint, eyebrow threading. The lash lift seems to be alright so far. I'm interested to see the difference when I put mascara on. A bit disappointed in the lash tint. I expected it to look like I had mascara on. Yes, they are darker, but nothing dramatic. Perhaps my expectations were not in line with reality. Eyebrow tint is standard. I have been doing them at home lately and think I will continue to do so. Get pretty much the same results. The threading was not good. It was clear the tech did not have much experience with the technique. She struggled with gripping the hairs and not pinching my skin. You are supposed to pull the skin taught, so it doesn't grab, especially under the eyebrow. It seems to be a very hard technique to master. In NY I used to go to an Indian woman who had grown up learning the technique, so maybe I am a bit more versed than others. She ended up giving up on the technique and just plucking the hairs out with a tweezer. It is called the Lash Lounge, so I can't get too mad about them not specializing in eyebrows too. But, I definitely don't think all of my services were worth $140. read more

It was my first time trying threading for my eyebrows and man let me tell you something!!! The little lady that helped me was the sweetest and most passionately knowledgeable individual I have ever met within an establishment such as this. Being a man I have tried waxing and tweezing the brows because I like to keep them clean but it also hurts and isnt easy. KYLEIGH was my technician and she was so welcoming and gentle with her hands. She broke down the process to me and even explained what she would do to keep my brows looking their best without giving them a feminine shape, which is what I was afraid of because I've seen that on many men who had gone elsewhere. I was taken by surprise with her hospitality and willingness to be sure I left happier than i had gone in simply by loving her practice and being amazing at what she does. It radiates from her and I was NOT disappointed! Now I will go nowhere else for my brows because she and her skill gave me a confidence I didnt have before had you seen my eyebrows. I highly recommend this establishment which also, for the ladies does eyelash extensions that will make your eyes look out of this world!!! Everyone here is so sweet and helpful with a bright smile to meet you as you walk through the doors. I highly recommend Kyleigh for her amazingly skillful services and hospitable attitude which I can guarantee will keep you coming back.
