I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. She asked me how I wanted my eyebrows and she didn't disappoint! The results were amazing. My eyebrows look so clean and on fleek. More importantly , she had great customer service! When I asked if she had a phone charger I could use. She didn't hesitate to help me out. She said she's been in business for 9 years and I hope many more go over to get their eyebrows done. Paying 14$ was so worth it. She was the only one there and I liked the individualized attention :) Please go and support her business! read more

So unprofessional, walked in around 1 and the lady doing my eyebrows stays on the phone throughout the entire appointment. I didn't notice in the salon but when i got into my car I noticed she missed a good amount of hair on both eyebrows. The vibe was not only weird but i was too scared to go back in and have her fix them because I was scared she was going to mess them up. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Amazingly fast, professional, and skilled! Called, had a same day appointment for 15 minutes later. I showed up 10 minutes late and she still had me in a chair in under 5 minutes. Amazing prices, so tip her well ok? read more

I've been going here since they opened, however I'm not to happy anymore. My last few visits I got threaded and she broke my skin without even acknowledging it. I didn't even realize I was bleeding until I got to my vehicle. Also missed lots of hairs I ended up tweezing myself and prices went up without any notice or post in the shop that the cost increased. This isn't my first unsatisfactory visit, multiple times prior lots of hairs were missed. If I'm gonna pay $15 I expect them to be cleaned up completely. I'll be taking a break from them and looking elsewhere. I will update my review when the time comes to revisit. read more

Love, Love, Love!! They make my eyebrows look beautiful EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I've been to places were they doing a good job one day and then a not so good job the next time. But, every single time I have been to Ideal Threading they have done an excellent job on my eyebrows. I went to ideal threading on Thursday. Got my entire face threaded. Saturday I woke up with pimples everywhere I got threaded. I've never had acne or skin issues. It was because of this place. I noticed that the lady threading me did have the string in her mouth I wonder if she had an infection? Maybe her/ hands or supplies were dirty . Have to schedule with my doctor because I've never had I break out this bad will never go there again do not recommend this place read more

Not only did i immediately like it after she was done while I was still in the salon, but I still liked it after I washed it and played with it myself a couple days later. She also explained her technique to me as she was doing it and how it would affect the end result. I loved that she gave me that level of understanding. I recently had a baby and couldn't go in for my full service because of my breastfeeding schedule, and she explained how we could modify my service for a shorter session that would get me to the next time we meet for a longer session. I can't tell you how much i appreciated that level of understanding and flexibility. I would definitely recommend Natashia to others, especially if they're looking for blonding services. The space itself was very clean and had a boho southwest vibe too. It's dry cute and Natashia told me that the owner made the drift wood light fixture over the hair-washing sinks herself! How cool is that! I also like that this salon has a transparent payment structure and you can choose a stylist that aligns with your budget. This place is the best in town if you ask me. I am very in love with threading over waxing for sure and after coming to ideal I never went back to the place I used to get them done at. She is just much better at her craft and I like that it's not a different person half the time. She knows what she is doing and I have not one thing I could complain about! And all eye brow threading involves the thread in the persons mouth that part never touches your face it's simply how they hold the string to make it spin and pull your hair out from the root. That's how threading is done. How it's always been done and it's been that way for hundreds of years as it is a very ancient art and wouldn't be able to pass an infection in the form of a breakout. Skin can be sensitive and products can also irritate that but I can say I'm almost positive you couldn't get an infection from this the person performing this method. I have been threading my brows( so that's all I can speak about is eyebrows) but that is how it's done everywhere I have been getting threaded for almost twenty years and this place is much better than similar ones in the area if you ask me. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Eyebrow Threading! The owner, Naima Mall is gracious, patient, and great at threading! I thought threading sounded painful. I was mostly wrong. It does sting a little at first, but you get used to it. Naima took half the time threading that it takes to wax. You don't have the sticky after feel of waxing and it is a fraction of the cost.
