Everyone here knows exactly what will work for you and your hair and is honest about it which I loved! Normally I just get my crazy curly hair straightened after a cut, but she suggested a blow out with soft curls and I went with it. And it looked GORGEOUS. Doubtful that I'll ever get my haircut somewhere else.

I loved my experience at Fusion Brow Bar! When you enter…read morethe store, the first thing you'll notice is that the place Is very narrow. You'll also notice that the place is super clean and organized. There are about four rows of chairs for customers. I have not been in the back, but I believe that is where the waxing tables are located. There's a service list around the register written in a white erase board, I noticed that she offers a lot of services! Some of the services listed were threading, waxing and I believe blow out. (I just stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded). Anyways, the owners was very welcoming, she greeted me with a smile asked what I wanted done. She initiated our small talk and began working. It was a very quick, painless and calming experience getting my eyebrows done. The instrumental music, store's scent and her gentle way using thread made it a wonderful first experience at Fusion! Therefore, Yes, I will be a returning customer! She did an amazing job with my eyebrows, prices are fairly reasonable (without tip, I paid $10 to get my eyebrows done) and I love how relaxing my experience was! Highly recommend this place.

I felt like I had know her for years upon meeting her! She was truly interested in my skin concerns & addresses the problems directly. She also provided me with some samples that were for my skin type. I knew I was in safe hands. 1000% recommend. PS You can see by the pic [no filter] how smooth & texture free my skin is. I was not disappointed and recommend checking her out if you're in the area - even if you're not, it's worth taking the drive as I did myself. Also a huge plus she's so sweet. Only con was I was informed the service would cost me $50. When going up to the desk to pay I was charged $65. Not sure why it went up $15 dollars. Looks like next time I'll have to triple ask before getting into the room for a service.

I admit that I have never had my brows done by Kristina (how dare I?) my review, however, is for her professionalism, customer service, leadership and genuine ethical manner. I reached out to Kristina last year in 2020 because she was, and still is highly, highly recommended by pretty much everyone on Facebook in bergen county, NJ and beyond. She was also coincidentally referred by numerous friends in my town. When I finally spoke to Kristina I admitted that I was not one to 'get my brows' done because of my lack of hair in the area. I'm pretty bare. What I was seeking was a micro-blade specialist. Well, kuddos to Kristina!! !!! She didn't try to lure me to her (although she is a master at what she does! ) just look at her website and reviews! She didn't offer to apply grande brow to help my natural brow grow to have me as a return customer (that actually works by the way-Not knocking grande brow at all!! ) Kristina was genuinely looking for my best interest at heart. What a professional!! She suggested I go to someone that I ultimately went to. When I arrived for my microblading session they didn't even know who Kristina was!! Now that's honorable!! They didn't even know who she was! Anyhow, we are always quick to add negative reviews but this is totally valid and I am extremely grateful!! I am someone who doesn't get anything 'done' therefore I was nervous and cautious for many many years and finally opted for microblading which was HUGE for me!! Not to mention permanent and the price tag that comes along with is!! Kristina changed my LIFE!! (Not exaggerating -or maybe just a bit.) By the way, I should have written this review ages ago as this occurred last year in 2020 and I finally got my brows done during early covid. Now, almost a year later I am satisfied and I owe it all to Kristina!! FYI Kristina was in another establishment prior to opening up this own business of hers. She is booked for ages so hurry and book up! Wishing her continued success now and forever!! Keep up the good work Kristina-now I see why you are praised by so many!!
