Throughout the process, I was the one who had to repeatedly reach out for updates rather than receiving proactive communication from the business. Months after making payments, I was still being told that pricing and estimates were pending. When it came time to move forward, I was informed that the seamstress needed for my project was not available. I was later offered a partial refund, but as of the date of this review, I have still not received it. The owner also did not have the details of my situation correct and stated that I had gone in for multiple fittings, when I had only met with the seamstress once. This added to the confusion and frustration. After this experience, I worked with a bridal shop in Carlsbad, and the difference in customer service was night and day. They were organized, communicated clearly, followed up proactively, and kept me informed throughout the process without me having to constantly reach out for updates. As a customer, I value communication, transparency, and follow-through. Unfortunately, this experience was stressful and left me feeling unsupported during an important time in my wedding planning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

I ended up finding my dress and veil here and getting it preserved through them. Parking is through the other side of the street, away from where the entrance to Posh is. There was a decent variety of options here considering how small the store is. I noted some preferred designers that they happened to have and helped me focus on those areas when I was picking ones to try on. Jenna was the one who assisted for my actual try ons. I opted to go alone so it was nice that she was giving me good feedback without being pushy. She paid attention to what I liked about certain dresses and ultimately recommended a few other dresses that had them. My dress ended up being one Jenna added for me! It was perfect because I was debating between something super classic vs romantic and she knew immediately that she could find me something in the middle. I got alterations done here as well as my veil. Altogether I was able to stay within my budget, though alterations were definitely a bit pricier which I know is common. Monika their seamstress was also great at giving me recommendations on what would look good without me really overthinking it. After my wedding I came back to get my dress preserved. They send it out to a third party but I was glad it was through them so I know I could trust it. I definitely recommend Posh for your bridal needs! Be sure to schedule an appointment and text them. They're incredibly responsive and helpful!

There's only one large dressing room and there were multiple people waiting to try on so we felt like we had to rush. I'm pretty sure the people behind us left. We found a dress that my daughter liked so she came in to take measurements for her seamstress. Only she didn't really take measurements, she just played with the tape measure and talked about her whole family. We were trying to tell her what may need to be fixed on the dress and she really didn't seem to know what she was talking about. She continued to tell us about her son dying in an automobile accident and something about her husband and how I think it was her sister who adopted a kid and the kid was black and gay and she just couldn't accept that he was gay. Me having a black gay child I took offense to that. The only reason I didn't walk out then was because my daughter really liked this dress and she only had 2 weeks til prom so we just wanted to get measured and get out of there. She said it would be ready in a week. We received no call to let us know if it was gonna be ready or not so we called and she didn't remember which dress it was. Finally she called back and said it would be ready later that day. When we went in to try the dress on it wasn't altered correctly. And she told us that we could take it back to the seamstress. When I told her what was wrong with it and what we had discussed she started to get upset and said we didn't mention that before. I told her just to exit the dressing room so she could change and we could leave. She then got even more upset tore the tie to the corset of my daughter and scratched her back in doing so. She told us to pay the 75 dollars for the alterations and to get out of her store. We left and took it to the ladies at Amaxing Fit tailor who do her alterations and those ladies were excellent. I recommend if you go to Judy's just buy the dress and go strait to her seamstress cause this lady doesn't know what the the hell she's doing and she's rude and prejudice.
