Where do I even begin? Derek and his team at Bella Blinds do AMAZING work. When I was initially shopping for shutters I thought I was doing my due diligence by looking around for other prices, but I ended up being quoted significantly more for the same work. After the other person left I immediately called Derek back to place my order. We needed to replace some really old shutters and after some research and Angela C's review, I decided to call Derek. His quote was reasonable (since he included demo of our old shutters) and he talked through our options. We ended up going all basswood (100% real wood) to match the existing shutters in other parts of our home. I was looking to upgrade my living room and dining room with interior shutters. I contacted three companies for in-home quotes, and to get suggestions about what type and style to go with. I'm very happy that I picked Derek for my project. He was very good about explaining all the options and what would work best for my home. He took time to explain the details of the installation process, how the shutters would look, and the custom options that were available (louver material, louver widths, with or without center tilt bar, and with 1/2 split louvers or with 1/3 split).
