They've done a solid job both times. The first time we needed our mower overall serviced, as well as a replacement for spark plugs and another small part. They were a few weeks scheduled out, but it came back ready to work and we found the overall price reasonable. They definitely stay busy though. They have been great as well regarding some basic troubleshooting on the phone after our same mower was having a few issues a season later, which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to troubleshoot ourselves. They also rent a plethora of landscaping tools which can be great if you have a project or need something specific.

It's a metal hanger style building, with iron fencing all around and metals piled high in the yard. The only real negative about Cave's is the lack of parking. in front of the office area, there are two large areas of parking reserved for the business owners. Then there is a small area for customers. Everyone's work truck is big, so availability of parking is small. We ended up having to park on the west side of Meridian road and running across the street. Meridian is a lot busier than one would think! Unfortunately, Cave's didn't have the specific metal that Mr. P was looking for. But he said that they had a great supply of material. He also said that operations manager Stacey was very friendly and accommodating, and offered suggestions on how to find what we need. They have done work replacing sensors on the door in my microwave, as well as helping to repair the door on my dryer. Most recently in April 2025, they performed two services for me. I have a whirlpool French door refrigerator with bottom freezer drawer. The drawer got stuck frozen shut! They came by with a steam gun and helped me get it open and got me into their schedule very quickly! The second service they performed was to clean out my dryer vent and serviced my whirlpool dryer. I literally clean my lint screen every time I do laundry. But after six years, the lint really does build up in the dryer and in the vent behind the wall. They quickly cleaned this for a reasonable charge as well. Both men do clean and conscientious work. I highly recommend them!
