I had this misfortune to see Dr .Wilson on 2/25/21 and am no longer going to be seeing anyone in this practice. Dr. Wilson has is narcissistic, rude and unprofessional. After waiting over a half hour in the chair to have a tooth repaired, when he came into the room, I jokingly stated that he was late and he went a little crazy. He then called me an "asshole" and the office staff came to see what was going on, they started laughing. When I informed Dr. Wilson that he could not speak to me that way, he stated that he could speak to me any way that he wanted and then refused to apologize. I have filed a complaint with the dental association as any doctor should not call any patient, regardless of circumstances, an "asshole" or berate their patients in any form or manner. This type of behavior is unprofessional.

I had 2 sons get braces here. The youngest had very simple treatment and it went as planned. My…read moreolder son's treatment was a little more complex and it did not go well! After 30 months of treatment, being lied to several times by 2 of the doctors, and him now having quite an overbite (b/c his mouth cannot hold all of his teeth without having an overbite, he wore his rubber bands), we told them to just take the braces off. Oh, and now he has a missing tooth on the bottom! And they never mentioned that could be a possibility until after we were too far into the process to return. And no big deal to them that now I will have to pay to get that fixed, they got our $5000 and I got an extra dentist bill! I told them from the beginning we were ok with removing teeth to help his smile, but they said no and to trust them. I did and I regret it every day!! So, if your child has a smaller mouth or has anything but straightening a couple teeth, I would look for someone else to take care of your child's mouth. My next two boys will not be going here!! I wish I had never walked through their doors. And I wish they would have just owned up to their mistake or offered some kind of refund, but that just proved to me they are doing it for the money, not to help with people smiles.

Dad got to know Dr. Gragg very well and was always impressed by her knowledge of orthodontics, work ethic and energetic personality. Recently when my son needed orthodontic work, we chose Dr. Gragg and couldn't be happier with our choice. Growing up around dentistry all my life, I had WAY too many questions that she patiently answered with as much detail as I needed while keeping it on a level I could understand. Some of my impressions: From the moment you walk in, they keep a fun and exciting yet professional atmosphere; Up-to-date equipment - I had prepared my son for those goopy impressions, but those have been replaced with an intraoral scanner. They just run it over the surface of the teeth while you watch it on a monitor (COOL).
