There is no way I would have let them do anything permanent to my teeth. It looks horrible. I had to wait til Monday and find another dentist just to fix the temporary crown. Then had to see my dentist and pay again to get a permanent crown. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN!

While I have to say this will never be added to my top 10 list of fun things to do, the staff at Aspen were friendly, helpful and professional. They even laughed at a couple of my jokes. Two things to consider; check to see if the dentist is certified to use anesthesia (my wasn't but he still did a great job) and two, don't have all your teeth removed three days before Thanksgiving! I am enjoying applesauce while others are having their turkey. So far, I have no issues with that office and will continue with future needs there.

The first visit was great, they were super nice, did a bunch of X-rays, referrals to an oral surgeon and scheduled me for a deep clean with nitrous. The deep clean wasn't bad, on one side only. I didn't feel a thing but they said the hygienist was pregnant and couldn't do nitrous right now for the other half. They had a fill in for that day. I went to oral surgery and had 2 extractions. A month later developed severe pain and went for an emergency visit, the front desk lady was very nice! I went back to a room where 2 ladies came in and done an exam, I noticed they were rough on my jaw and said something. She said you have to be still and then told me I had chemical burns on my gums I said NO I have thrush from the antibiotics I advised you I was allergic to but you insisted I take. Also said I needed to do the other side of the deep clean and I advised them I was waiting for nitrous. They took pictures and the dentist came in and said I need a deep cleaning... what does a cleaning have to do with severe pain after an extraction? I told her the reason why I was waiting , she said the tanks were causing issues and they may never have nitrous again. (LIE) The dentist said I needed an antibiotic mouth rinse for the infection and left. The 2 ladies stood at the door and rudely said they can't treat me anymore because I refused the cleaning without nitrous and they can't write me any prescriptions or help me with the severe tooth pain! They said the dentist was in meetings and couldn't talk to me after they called me in early because they had cancellations. What kind of dentist strong arms scared patients into doing something their not comfortable doing!! She refused to treat me!! When I realized I was getting NO help, I said "what kind of people are you " and walked out, the nurse chased me to the parking lot..saying some garbage where I advised her to walk away!!! Because I already have!!! ‍ I will NEVER recommend this place or go back!! That dentist took an oath to help people and she is a failure. I called the surgeon and he worked me in emergent and done X-rays. I have a nasty sinus infection because the teeth removed was in my sinus cavity, that's putting pressure on my gums. This causes severe pain and what she called chemical burns, is actually Thrush cause from My allergy to antibiotics. The surgeon cleaned the area with a water pik and was shocked by the unprofessionalism of Magnolia Dentist and their staff!
