Cesar, the Project Manager, came out on both install days and again at the end to walk it with us. Israel led the crew and checked in with me throughout -- he actually spotted a sprinkler leak before any work started. They leveled the soil first, so the grade came out smooth and even. Two things stood out. They left us a spare patch of turf in case we ever need to repair a section. And the cleanup was immaculate -- you genuinely could not tell there'd been a crew tearing up the yard that morning. Communication was the best part. Email, text, phone, in person -- always knew what was happening and when. No complaints at all.

This is a positive feedback review on Kevin Peterson - who works for Greenheart Landscapes…read more I left several messages through Yelp App requesting a quote on a project I had in mind. Kevin called a couple hours later and I could tell the sincerity of his voice immediately, "how can I help you?" Nice guy. Polite. I proceeded to tell him what I've noticed for a while now: Our side yard and backyard have noticeable puddling during heavy rain pours, and it takes a while for the puddle to clear. I told Kevin based on what I've read we might need to regrade, or place french drain? Kevin looked up at our house via Google map and he provided his thoughts and assessment on what might be a better solution. He gave me a phone# and the name of a guy that could better help us and provide resolution to our issues. I felt that Kevin was honest, professional, and guided me with appropriate direction that was best suited for our issue, especially given the cost involved. You rarely get this kind of professional service anymore! Kevin, thank you so much for returning my call. I can't say enough positive things about you! God bless you!

Jake, Jorge, and the entire team were fantastic from start to finish. As remote owners, dependability and communication were extremely important to us. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, communicated with us constantly, and most importantly, finished the project on time. Anyone who has done a major construction project in the Valley knows how rare that can be. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire project. They responded quickly whenever we had a question, request, or change and made managing such a large project remotely much easier than we expected. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with.
