They claimed they repaired it and exchanged it with a brand new one. It made my phone even worse as it wouldn't even turn on. I took it back and they told me the battery was dead- the "brand new" battery they just put in. They proceeded to keep my phone for another two weeks to replace the battery with a new one. This should not have taken two weeks. They called me a week ago to tell me the phone was ready and I drove twenty minutes to pick it up and they claimed the never called and that it wasnt ready for me to take home. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Sure enough, another week goes by and they tell me my phone is ready to be picked up. This time I sent my mother and surprise, surprise, the phone was not only not ready, but they had no idea where my phone was. They made my mother wait 45 minutes to put a new battery in. Now my phone is at home and it won't turn on at all. The customer service is just horrible here and they don't keep your phone in any sort of marked safekeeping indicating that it is yours. They are rude, they lied and they have no clue how to fix a phone- or at least replace a battery in an iphone. By far the most dissatisfied I have ever been and I highly recommend that you save your money rather than wasting it with this joke of a business.

I wasn't actually needing a repair, but had been REALLY struggling with not being able to move files between my Mac and Android phone. (If Apple, Samsung, and Google actually provided "service" - it would be much less of an issue.) Are you listening, Apple/Samsung/Google? But the problem may be related to not having updated the phone OS for a long time (meaning never in three years). This is something where Samsung (and maybe Google) are to blame, due to a system which is rather obtuse. (I've only been using computers since about 1990, and have been online only since 1995.) But they helped me update the system. Whether I get the file transfer problem resolved or not, it seems worthwhile; and I definitely would recommend this shop (especially if they can keep their rates reasonable). Most people seemed to be coming in with damaged equipment (cracked screen, or liquids got into it, etc.)
