I wasn't actually needing a repair, but had been REALLY struggling with not being able to move files between my Mac and Android phone. (If Apple, Samsung, and Google actually provided "service" - it would be much less of an issue.) Are you listening, Apple/Samsung/Google? But the problem may be related to not having updated the phone OS for a long time (meaning never in three years). This is something where Samsung (and maybe Google) are to blame, due to a system which is rather obtuse. (I've only been using computers since about 1990, and have been online only since 1995.) But they helped me update the system. Whether I get the file transfer problem resolved or not, it seems worthwhile; and I definitely would recommend this shop (especially if they can keep their rates reasonable). Most people seemed to be coming in with damaged equipment (cracked screen, or liquids got into it, etc.)

Shane has been an absolute BLESSING the entire time. He has been nothing but helpful and considerate during the entire process. First of all he was able to preorder my phone for me, which was just awesome. He proceeded to make sure the plan we had picked was the best possible option for us. He also ordered me a case and screen protector for my new phone (then put the protector on for me as well). When returning to pick up my phone it hadn't been delivered yet but the lengths that Shane went to to ensure I still received my phone that day is astronomical. (Pretty sure he took his own PERSONAL time to deliver it to my house after store hours). I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved within the past week. I will NEVER go anywhere else to order another phone again. They are truly amazing here. 10/10 would recommend. Also Bell has better service than any other provider I've had too, which just makes this even more better.

He contacted me first thing the next morning and was at my house within 45 minutes. He got all the issues fixed quickly, walked me through everything he did. All the intermittent and consistent IT problems we've had are fixed! Mike gave us fantastic service, at a very fair price and he's extremely personable.
