    So, we were here to return something we bought on-line. It was a jacket that did not fit quite right (wrong size). 90 days to return something, so very generous. Return process was smooth and easy, and courteous. I do like how you queue for the next available associate. That was our first visit. Second visit we here for the same reason. This time I spent more time wandering. Did not realize there was so much stuff to see. Lot of departments here. I scored a deal on some men's socks. It was a deal of the day, or something like that. There are a lot of deals. Other thing Thuy likes is the discount rack. Keep an eye on the color code, as some discounts go as high as 80%! Bottom line: Good option for great deals.

    Havent shopped there since they relegated the plus size to the far corner of the store, away from all the rest of the clothes...whyyyyy

    Customer Service is great check out ladies are good - A pleasant shopping trip these days other stores don't have customer service anymore

    Never shopped here but, I tried to get a job here and they were extremely rude later on in the pre hire process.

I waited patiently and she finally looked up to acknowledge my presence. I smiled at her and simply remarked that Kohl's had moved the Amazon area. The employee snapped at me that the move had occurred "at least two weeks ago" and I should have read this change at the front of the store. Then she proceeded to huff and puff as she torn the label that I had printed and affixed to the package as indicated by the company's return policy. I asked if I should not have taped the label on the package as the employee seemed very put out by the label, tearing it in half. When I asked why she had torn the label she mumbled something incoherent and scanned the torn label. I didn't respond to her nasty attitude but simply thanked her and left the store. I had intended to shop for other items but was so put off by this pathetic kohls employee that I quickly left the store. Amazon should reconsider Kohls as a return station as I have read several customers complaining about the rudeness of the store.

During the transaction the supervisor behind the counter repeatedly interrupted her to push a credit card on me and all guests at other registers. I had a card but it was expired. When I said I didn't want one she replied LOuDLY from 2 PoS terminals away, "why not? You don't like saving money?" Which was meant to be funny but was actually off putting. The cashier helping me was new and needed assistance and called for that supervisor to help. The supervisor brought over another trainee to watch her help my cashier. She made comments about both of them needing to learn. The supervisor then took great pride in loudly stating "yeah they all get nervous when I come around and they make mistakes". She repeated this more than once. She frequently called the cashier helping me "girl" & said "calm Down girl" despite the woman clearly being an adult. She then relayed the comment about her making them nervous like it was a badge of honor. I finally interjected and told the supervisor that it was possible they were nervous because she was condescending and referee to grown women as "girl". She laughed and continued on making the cashier and the trainee visibly uncomfortable. To that supervisor: from my experience as a multi business leader, if your presence intimidates your team, causing them to become visibly nervous the problem is YOU not the employee. To the cashier, you deserve to be treated with dignity & respect. I will never shop at or recommend this location.

So I took one to an employee, he had no idea and told me they could tell me how much it was at the register. In the meantime, I had checked the price for the same product at WalMart and found it to be $3.78. Oh - and he did say something so profound - "Usually if it isn't priced, it's put close to something with the same price." I started to ask him to explain that comment, but decided against it. At the register was a clueless young man who pecked and pecked at their computer/register and finally said, "I can't find it here - how does $5.00 sound?" I told him that couldn't be right - was there a manager around. Up steps another clueless individual who identified himself as the manager. (Mind you, this guy had been 3' away during the entire previous conversation.) He told me "Well, they're either $2.99 or $3.99, but I'm not sure." At that point rather than allow myself to truly express my feelings, I set the box of CheezIts on the counter, told them to forget it and paid for my one other item. All-in-all I absolutely wasted 6 or 7 minutes with these inept employees, so I can't see myself going back to this store. As others have said - the place is extremely unorganized and in disarray.
